The Billionaire’s Captive のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 1 - チャプター 10

_Twenty-four hours earlier_Rose Lancaster revved up the engine of the mini Cadillac Escalade she stole from the club's parking lot as she sped down the busy highway, her heart pounding against her chest and her hands shaking as she clutched the steering wheel for dear life. Her eyes darted between the rearview mirror and the road ahead, fear written across her face, with the dark lines of her tears that had mixed with her mascara running down her cheeks. Her dark brown hair was a mess, as were her clothes. Her crop-top was reaped in the middle and she'd managed to tie it up enough to hide her nipples, but much of her cleavage was exposed. Her jeans had lost their button and it was only the zipper that was holding them in place. Her bare feet tapped relentlessly on the floor of the car as she maneuvered through the heavy traffic, doing her best to avoid hitting any cars in a bid to get away from the SUV that was in hot pursuit of her. But the harder she pressed the gas pedal, the clos

Rose’s POV“You’ll be a good little sex slave,”His words struck me with surprise and the tone in which he said them made my skin crawl. A cold shiver traveled down my spine in disgust as the meaning registered in my head.He was trading me off for sex. Was that enough to replace the life I’d stolen from his son? Didn't he feel the loss or even care about his son? These thoughts filled my head but I mentally pushed them aside, knowing it couldn’t be the case. If he had no care for his son then I wouldn’t be here. Whatever he meant by these words, there must be a secret motive behind them. Even though his earliest assurances had sounded forgiving, I was no fool. I wasn’t delusional enough to believe that this man would let me go just like that. If there was something else I’d heard about him, it's that he was also a ruthless and greedy businessman.Maybe he had plans of using me as a call girl in one of his underground brothels before draining whatever would remain of my miserable life

Rose’s POV:I took a step back with my lips paused in a mean line and my heart pounding hard against my chest but his darkened gaze remained on mine, the phone still pressed to his ear. For a fleeting moment, I calculated the distance between us and how difficult it’d be for me to dash past him into the streets but I knew it wasn’t possible, not with the security guard behind me. My chances were non-existent and that only made my heart hammer more. Maybe I should have planned better.Still glaring at me, he pocketed his phone and his eyes darted to the security man. He nodded curtly at him and my gaze instantly followed, for fear of what they were silently planning but in the next instant, I felt his strong arms around me as he tossed me over the shoulder and tossed his car keys to the guard who stepped out of the way.“Let me go!” I screamed at the top of my voice, pounding my fists against his back but he ignored me, gingerly walking towards the house. “Let me go, you pervert!” I tr

Rose’s POV “You wouldn’t dare,” I spat out through gritted teeth, glaring daggers at him. But in response, he chuckled and petted my hair lightly.“We’ll see about that, brat,” He straightened his stance and walked behind me. His words only fueled my furry but underneath that, the tiny little fear that I’d been harboring began growing. I swallowed, letting out a shaky breath while hoping he was just bluffing. He wouldn’t take me against my will, would he? He wouldn’t do that. I told myself but my train of thought was abruptly halted when he returned to my front and loosened the rope attached to the handcuffs only to extend it more to give me leverage. Thereafter, he rounded the table to my feet and undid the cuffs holding my legs in place. Before I could gather my thoughts and try to predict his next actions, he grabbed my waist and jerked me up until my knees were pressed to the table and my ass was up in the air, exposing me furthermore to his hungry eyes. A gasp of shock flew fr

Rose’s POV…The faint whispering of voices sailed into my ears, waking me up from my light slumber. My eyes slowly opened to see I was still in the confined space of the van, but it was no longer moving. This realization had me quickly sitting up as it dawned on me that they’d arrived at their destination. It meant I was at the Don’s home, and soon I’d be facing my fate. A cold shiver racked my entire body, making goosebumps break out of my skin. I exhaled a shaky breath and tried to stretch my aching limbs while my heart raced with trepidation, as different thoughts of what would soon become of me crowded my mind. I was still lost in my head and the fear threatening to eat me up when I heard the almost silent thuds of footsteps beside the van.“Is she still out?” the gravelly voice I’d heard from earlier on sailed into my ears. “Good, it would make this easier. I’ve spoken to their boss and his men would be out in a minute,”Eerie silence ensured for a moment before another strange m
