Hudson had spent the night, tossing and turning as he replayed the argument with Annette in his mind. He knew he had messed up, as the soft morning light seeped through his curtains, and he realized it was time to make things right with her because he was very sure Annette would be pissed at him for what he had said and how he had treated her? The apartment was dimly lit, with a heavy atmosphere hanging in the air. Annette sits on the couch, her face etched with worry, staring at her phone. As soon as Annette left the restaurant she felt her anger rise as her thoughts went back to the terrible dinner and the way Hudson was blatantly flirting with that waitress Lily in front of her, yes they weren't dating but at least he should have some respect. The fact that he was only with her for his pleasure is understandable. She knew what she was getting into, but to think he would actually flirt with someone else in front of her was just appalling.As she stumbled along the hallway, the effects of the cocktails she'd drank were making her steps wobbly and her vision hazy. Sometime around 9pm……During working hours, Annette did her best to avoid Hudson because if she talked to him after their argument yesterday, she would probably punch him in the face which would probably cost her job.
