Deeper: His Innocent Little Mate のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 11 - チャプター 20

“Are you alright?” Alcander asked me in concern, and I placed my hand on his cheek which had a healed cut on it, I wiped the blood from his cheek before I looked up at him and his eyes softened on me. “I am all right, and you?” I asked him and he removed my hair from my neck. “You smell like him,” Alcander said, his eyes turning a light shade of yellow. “Does that mean I am to leave you alone?” He asked me and I shook my head at him before I wrapped my arms around his neck, and he slowly hugged my waist. I took in his scent as he held me against his chest. “No, never let me go, Alcander,” I whispered into his shirt. “You are so beautiful.” He said before he took my face into his hands. “And I am glad that I met you.” He added while staring deeply into my eyes. “So am I,” I said softly, and he gently took my chin in his hand while his eyes were focused on my lips. “May I kiss you, Mia?” He asked me and I felt butterflies in my chest. “Yes,” I said softly as his lips brushed agai

"We should make our way to the ballroom.” Mother said pointedly while she stared at the door.“I am ready to leave,” I said pointedly before I nervously fixed the silky material on my red dress Mother just silently looked at me and without showing any further interest in me, she dismissively waved the white satin fan in her hand.“Your brother and father are waiting for us at the entrance of the ballroom.” She said blankly before she left the room and I knew that she was ignoring me because she was unhappy with the choice I made, knowing that it would be announced at the end of the night. I silently followed her outside of the house that was prepared for us by the people of house Valaires. ‘Tis a beautiful house, and the weather here is much like the weather we have back at house Arcadius, warm and sunny. Which is probably why I do not feel out of the ordinary here.Mother and I finally reached the ballroom and Zion held his arm out to me and I let out a soft sigh before gently placi

The next morning I woke up on a large bed, in a large and empty room. A cold chill ran down my spine as reality hit me. I slowly sat upright before tiredly rubbing my eyes then I heard someone clear their throat. My eyes widened in shock and I immediately covered myself with my blanket before looking around the room until my eyes landed on Eros. He was standing in front of the window and he must have been staring at me for quite a while, I did not even hear him entering my room. He slowly came walking towards me and I silently watched him. He sat down on the edge of the bed and I got a whiff of his scent. His scent is so clean and serene, it's truly the only way to describe it. "Good morning, Mia." He said in a gentle tone and I couldn't bring myself to form any words. "Listen Mia I know you do not wish to be here right now but this is not a prison. This is your home now." He said and my heart started beating faster in my chest. "Eros I did not choose-" I started but he cut me off.

Alcander's POV"What is the purpose of this meeting?" My father asked impatiently while he wrote something on a piece of paper and I clenched my jaw. The ten other men that were sitting around the table were dead silent." 'Tis about lady Mia, who is being forced to marry a man that she does not love," I told him and he looked up at me. "That does not concern you." He said blankly. "It does concern me if Mia is involved. We love each other father." I said and he slammed his hand down on the table and the sound echoed throughout the room. "Then stop loving her! You are about to be crowned as the king of all werewolves. You do not need a weakness, not now. So let her go." He said and I frowned at him. "That is easy for you to say since you do not love my mother. My love for Mia does not make me weak, love is not a sign of weakness. And until Mia tells me to stop I will not." I said pointedly and my father speechlessly looked at me"I forbid you Alcander!" He said in his alpha voice a

I looked over at Eros who was walking beside me with a smile on his face. The weather was warm and sunny today, and there was a light breeze that gently blew through my hair. Eros decided to take me on a walk in the forest seeing that we both had nothing to do.“What have you got behind your back?” I curiously asked him before coming to a halt, and he looked over at me before his smile dropped from his face.“Nothing.” He replied shortly and I narrowed my eyes on him. “Let us walk in peace then.” He continued and I placed my hands behind my back before I continued to walk beside him. He must be holding some sort of gift behind his back, that would certainly explain the secrecy. I know this because he’s been showering me with gifts for the past three days now.“May I know where we are heading now?” I asked him and he smiled once more before his grey orbs settled on my face.“My wife is so impatient.” He said and I silently looked at him.“Your wife?” I asked while curiously looking at
