《Her - The Alpha's Rebel》全部章節：第 41 章 - 第 48 章

Noah and I sat at the table talking for ages, but I knew the reality of the situation. I knew that I needed to get home. Before my dad realized that I was gone. My phone started ringing and I saw that it was Wesley, but I ignored it. I then sent him a message and told him that dad had me doing some pack work and I couldn’t talk to him now. I didn’t know how I was going to handle the whole Wesley situation, but I knew that I needed to keep it close to the vest. I couldn’t let anyone, except Noah, know what I know. There was too much at stake. Noah drove me home but he stopped down the road so the camera’s and guards didn’t pick up his car or anything like that. “Will you be alright sneaking back in?” He asked. “Yeah. I’ll be fine. I’ve done it heaps of times.” I said. “Alright. Listen, it would be best if Wesley doesn’t suspect anything right now.” He said. “I know. Same with dad and Sandra. I won’t tell them anything.” I said. “Alright. I know that this is hard. And I

We had no idea where the hell we were going. We just needed to get the hell out of the city. We didn’t know how many allies my father had so Noah was behind the wheel of the car and he took all the side streets until we finally hit the highway and we kept on going. I was sitting in the front with Noah while the other two were chatting in the backseat. “So, if Elias is your father then does that mean you are next in line to his pack?” I asked. “Not anymore. He disowned me when I said that I wasn’t going to go ahead with his plan to kidnap you.” Noah said. “But you didn’t know that I was your mate back then. Why would you not want to do it?” I asked. “Because I saw what he did to your mother. I wasn’t going to let him do it to another girl.” He said. “So, the sadistic Alpha raised a son with morals. That’s unusual.” I said. “Yeah. We need to find somewhere to hold up where they won’t think to look.” Noah said. “I don’t know my dad that well. So, I don’t know where he will think

I got up out of bed and I looked out the window at the moon that was shining brightly right into my bedroom and I was more confused than ever. If my mother wasn't actually my mother, then what happened to her. Noah mentioned knowing my mother at one point. Now I need to know exactly everything that he knew about her. I got changed into a grey sweater, tights, socks and sand shoes. I left the house and I started jogging around the lake, trying to clear my head. I was running through the woods, dodging the branches, jumping over the ones that were on the ground, it was almost like an obsticle course. Usually something like this was really enjoyable to me, but today it wasn't. I don't know why. There was something going on with me that I couldn't explain. Something that felt strange and foreign. I hated this feeling and I just kept running until I didn't feel like this anymore. But the problem was, the feeling was going away. And by the time I was passing the house for the fourth ti

Once we got Noah back to the cabin we had to pack up all of our things as fast as we could. If there were stealth warriors hanging around then there was a good chance that they had already made the call to tell their boss where we were. I'd never seen those men before, so I didn't know if they worked for dad or not. But we just knew that we needed to get out of there. We packed up the car in record time and got out of there as fast as possible. Noah and I were in the backseat while the other two were in the front seat. Noah had picked up the pieces of the necklace and he was examining it in the car. Trying to figure out what it was made of. It had to be something made of dark magic to take my memories the way that it did. "Any ideas?" I asked. "None. I don't have a clue about what this material is." He said. "Alright. Well, keep the pieces. Just in case." I said, holding out a ziplock bag for him to put them in. "Just in case what?" He asked. "Just in case I need to ha
