CHAPTER 43

We had no idea where the hell we were going. We just needed to get the hell out of the city. We didn’t know how many allies my father had so Noah was behind the wheel of the car and he took all the side streets until we finally hit the highway and we kept on going.

I was sitting in the front with Noah while the other two were chatting in the backseat.

“So, if Elias is your father then does that mean you are next in line to his pack?” I asked.

“Not anymore. He disowned me when I said that I wasn’t going to go ahead with his plan to kidnap you.” Noah said.

“But you didn’t know that I was your mate back then. Why would you not want to do it?” I asked.

“Because I saw what he did to your mother. I wasn’t going to let him do it to another girl.” He said.

“So, the sadistic Alpha raised a son with morals. That’s unusual.” I said.

“Yeah. We need to find somewhere to hold up where they won’t think to look.” Noah said.
