*ATHENA MONTGOMERY'S POINT OF VIEW*“ Ping!" A message popped into my phone loudly. Almost immediately, I rushed out of the bathroom with a towel round my chest, my body still dripping with water because I had not dried it properly. I picked up my phone and read the message, ‘ please go over to the hospital and donate plasma as soon as you can!’ the message read. I stared at the screen of my phone blankly, I felt a pang of pain in my chest but at this moment, I was helpless. The message was from my supposed husband, Sebastian. Suddenly, another message popped up on my phone. “ Ping!" I sighed deeply as I checked to see what it was about. It was a message from the bank, I had received a fund transfer of $750,000 from Sebastian. “ Goddamn you, Sebastian!" I cursed through gritted teeth as I scrolled through my chats with my so-called mate, Sebastian. Our marriage was strained, although I was his destined mate, he still despised me and only accepted me as his because of Sienna, h

*ATHENA'S POINT OF VIEW*As soon as we entered his office, he turned to face me, his eyes blazing with fury.“ What the hell has gotten over you, Athena?!" He roared angrily and his look of frustration on his face gladdened my heart. “ What exactly is your problem?!” He asked again but I didn't reply to his question. My face was pale and emotionless, I was not going to let him manipulate me anymore. “ Athena" he called again as he pinched the skin between his brows. “ I know you have donated so much plasma this month but I also make sure I compensate you for everything! What has gotten over you?!”I was bubbling with anger, how dare him raise his voice at me?! “ Let's get a divorce, Sebastian" I said coldly as I raised my head up to meet his icy gaze. I didn't want to have anything to do with Sebastian anymore. “ Let's get a divorce" I said again, my voice barely a whisper. I raised my gaze, scanning Sebastian. His handsome face and green orbs had never for once looked at me with

ATHENA'S POINT OF VIEW " oh Sienna Gonzalez '' I seethed. “ I know this is all you have ever wanted I your miserable life; to replace me as Sebastian's rightful wife but not to worry, congratulations, in a short time, you are gonna bear the title of Mrs Sienna Stone, legitimate daughter of the almighty stone's family” a bittersweet smile formed on my lips as those words left my mouth. I knew it was not going to be easy but this was what i wanted, this was the best decision I have ever made. " Stop saying nonsense, Athena” Sebastian groaned as he pinched the skin between his brows. " Don't!" I snapped, turning to face him as my eyes burned with fury. “ Don't you dare tell me that I'm saying nonsense, Sebastian, you don't have the right so I would advise you to watch your words!" Sebastian didn't reply to my outburst, his expression remained cold and unchanging as he lifted the printed picture up and stared at it once again. I glanced at Sienna, she shifted her gaze to Sebastia

SEBASTIAN'S POINT OF VIEWHer face was exactly what I needed to see after a long morning at the office. Athena, her name still held a special place in my heart, only if she knew, but I could never allow her know how I truly felt. I gave her a thorough look over taking in her curves which were properly accentuated by the clinging of her dress. How could one woman look so good?"Can we please talk for a few minutes?" Sienna's voice cut through my thoughts."Yes, of course" I replied casually. We walked into the library for a brief talk."We can't work with her " Sienna confided in me."Why not?" I asked sounding as authoritavely as possible "What if she has returned to harm us? Remember how she left?" She replied and I could understand where she was coming from."Nobody can come in here and harm us, Sienna. Much less Athena" I replied"What if she tries to harm me?" Sienna asked."She won't and if she does, I'll take care of her personally." I replied assuring her"Don't forget, she w

ATHENA'S POINT OF VIEW "How dare he?! Who in the world does he even think he is?!" I fumed as I barged into my room. "The effrontery Sebastian Stone!" I bellowed. He had always thought he owned me, like the mere breath I breathe was his to control. How dare he think that it was okay to hurt me after years of giving myself to him, and then wake up one day and remind me of it all. "How dare he?!"I paced up and down my room hoping for just enough breath to curse the existence of the man who ruined my life. A man who took my ability to live and tossed it into trash. Now he felt sorry, Sebastian Stone was sorry for hurting me? What a joke. Where were his ice cold shoulders now? And what did they hope to achieve by trying to make a fool of me? I had had enough of the Stone family, if this contract wasn't damn binding, I would have let it go already. Now I had to finish the stones and get out of this stupid city.I picked up my phone and it was another message from Sienna saying she had c
