Lucy's pov.I headed straight for my room from the dining table my emotions scattered around,I didn't know what to feel.I stormed into my room. I could literally feel my heart burn.I lost count of my steps as I walked into my room and slammed the door shut.I was trying so hard to stand on my two feets as they felt so weak and helpless.I walked helplessly to my bed grabbing anything in sight,I finally reached my bed,I fell down at the edge of the bed and let out a loud scream."What just happened?" I asked myself deep in thought."Did that little piece of trash just embarrass me in front of everyone!?",I said to myself.I felt tears streaming down my face,"No..no..no,this can't happen, definitely not under my watch",I said as I got up holding the edge of my bed.I shook my head in utter shock gently wiping down the uncontrollable tears that made their way down my face."I need to do something","I can't just sit here locked up all day crying over that snake Amelia" I said to myself pa

Amelia's pov.Upon encountering an unexpected reaction from Susan, I found myself perplexed and somewhat taken aback. My countenance likely betrayed my confusion as I struggled to comprehend the intensity of her words and actions. With a concerned expression etched upon my face, I fixed my gaze on Susan attempting to process the sequence of events that were unfolding right in front of me.Susan, sensing my discomfort, confirmed her earlier statement, emphasizing the perceived lack of communication and mutual respect in our interactions. Her voice grew louder and more passionate, prompting a noticeable increase in the atmospheric tension. As I endured this unanticipated confrontation, I couldn't help but feel a sense of shock and wonder at the escalating situation.I turned my face In a confused state. Did all that blasphemy just come from Susan? What did I ever do to Susan?I stared at her with a worried look plastered on my face trying to wrap my head around the whole situation."Yes y

Amelia's pov.I woke up from my sleep in anticipation of what the day would bring. The palace was really busy with maids moving from place to place.I went straight to the washroom and had my bath as I was excited about what would happen.Tomorrow is the event after all so everyone was busy with their work.Noone knows what this event is all about but one must look presentable in all occasions whether good or bad.I immediately slipped in my dress and I heard a knock on the door."Who is there?",I asked, my hands still busy with my dress."It is me your tailor for the day madam""Come in" I said as I finished buttoning up my dress."Good morning madam, you chose a black dress so I wanted to take your measurements and know what style it is you want to go for so I can prepare it and send it out this evening"."Sure that's brilliant".He walked up to me and started taking my measurements then he asked "what texture of garment are we going with ma'am"."I love a good velvet texture" I said

Alpha Damien's pov. This event will be one of the biggest I have ever held.I can not remember the last time I held such a grand event.I quickly ran through my invites list one more time. The council members, curten pack, labvil pack ...and the list went on and on. I wanted everyone to be present at this event.I wanted no mistakes at all.I was so tired for the day as the planning took all of my time. The words of Luther came ringing into my head like a bell "I have feelings for her".He must be joking because Amelia is mine, she is my mate.He is too young and feeble minded. He doesn't know what her addition to the pack will bring. She is my Luna. She is indeed very beautiful and calm yet she has some fire in her which I would bring out in her in time to come.I placed the invites list on top of my bed and headed out for a stroll.I needed some peace and quiet so I walked through the garden thinking of the event that was only a few hours away. The night was peaceful and the moon sit

Luther's Pov.I quickly walked up to the crowd and made a toast on behalf of my newly found mate. There was abrupt silence before the murmurs kicked in.I stretched my gaze towards Amelia who bowed her head obviously she was avoiding my gaze, she knew I was talking about her.I didn't want to cause any trouble during Alpha Damien's event so I didn't disclose her name just yet but I definitely would soon. This isn't the right place or the right time for that.I walked up to her few hours later."What do you want?Alpha Damien is not a fan of the both of us standing close to each other and you of all people should know this." Amelia said in a whisper."Don't worry about him,He heard my announcement earlier and is sure I have my own mate." I said staring at her beautiful curves in that gorgeous black dress."You went all out, didn't you?" I jokingly teased her."Oh please,I just dressed for the event like everyone here" she said as she sipped into the glass of wine on her hand."Well you d
