My ex's uncle is my second-chance mate. のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 21 - チャプター 30

Victor's POVI have not counted how many times we have made love. However, there is a knock on our door. I am instantly angry because I do not want to be disturbed today. I told Antonio not to disturb us. There better be a good reason for the interruption. I got up lazily out of bed, put on my sweatpants, and opened the door. "I am sorry to interrupt, Alpha, but the Riverside Pack has asked for help. Oscar and his pack are busy surrounding their territory," Antonio says. "Get our warriors ready. We are going to surround him from the back. I'll be down in a minute. Bonita baby, you stay here. I do not know if this is a decoy and if they will attack our pack. I do not trust Oscar. Be careful and on the lookout. I need you here so I do not worry about the pack. You're in charge here, and I will leave some of our best warriors with you," I say. I do not want to worry about Bonita. The war between Oscar and me is coming a long time. I do not believe he will have the audacity to attack my

Bonita's POVThere are wolves on our border. I can feel them. They do not belong to our pack. I look at the Warriors and start running. They follow me. As we get to the border, Oscar, Arrabella, and Sandy are waiting for us with a bunch of their warriors. I know they hate me, but I'm not afraid of them. I know what they are doing here. They came after me. They knew very well that Victor would not be here. It was all a distraction to get to me. I have made the biggest mistakes of their lives. Victor trained me, and I know exactly how to fight. I am not the little girl who used to love Oscar anymore. I am very much in love with Victor. I have grown up and become a woman overnight. After everything Oscar and my sister put me through, I am furious towards Oscar as much as I am against my sister. "So, my little magical ex-mate is all alone without my big bad uncle to protect her. Your mate will not be home soon, so you and your few warriors are only there. What are you going to do? Fight

Arrabella's POVI know I was always rude to Bonita. I thought we were better than her, but I am starting to believe she is much better than us. But nothing against my uncle. The ones that I do not trust right now are Oscar and Sandy. I have a feeling that they want me dead. They do not care about me. My brother never cared about me. He always knew I was supposed to be the alpha and not him. As I get home, my mother is in tears, and I know that she already knows my father has died."It's all your brother's fault. He should not have sent your father to the border of the Riverside Pack. He used your father as a decoy, and I think he did that new mate of his. I do not want to live anymore. I want to die. I cannot live without my mate. Your father wants everything to me. We have been together for so long. It would be best to run away because your father is no longer here to protect you and me. We both know that your brother has gone crazy since he met his new mate. Go to your uncle. I am s

Arrabella's POVAm I ready to become like them? But why would I become like them? Will I change my mate marks me? How does Bonita know I will change? Or is she just taking a chance? Is she testing my love for my mate? I look at Antonio and wonder if it is true. He looks me in the eye and smiles as if he wants to encourage me to tell them that I am ready to change. There is so much love and expectation in his eyes that I believe that they are testing me. I look at my uncle, and I see the question in his eyes as well. Are they serious about having to change to be with my mate? I am proud to be a werewolf and not a magical one. But does it matter? I look at Antonio again, and I know that I love him. With werewolves, it is instant love. The Moon Goddess chose our mate. And we honor her by accepting our mate and the love that we have to share. It is not supposed to be a complicated answer, but why am I hesitating? I do not like to be tested. That is why. I am as heart-headed and full of pr

Xavier's POVI have been waiting ten years for my revenge on Victor. That day has finally come. I am much stronger now, although I still cannot walk in daylight. I do have a stone. I need the gypsy to bless it. But the gypsies are much more clever than I thought. I also cannot compel a gypsy. I have tried, and I have paid the consequences. I had a headache so bad for days that I could not even think straight. However, when Oscar contacted me and told me his story, I wanted to laugh because he traded in a young model for an older woman. The stupid imbecile let her sister talk him into taking her instead of his true mate. However, his dilemma fits me. I know that Victor has a gypsy side to him. The Moon Goddess has blessed him with a gypsy side. He must be able to bless my stone. Of course, I do not trust him and will first test it on one of my men. However, he has a weak point now that Victor has a mate. All I have to do is get my hands on his mate. He will have no choice but to bless m
