Alpha King Ozar.I look at her silhouette as she walks away. I am short of words. I know what I feel for her and I know how deep those feelings can bury me if I keep on grabbing a hold of them. Yet, I don’t care…if it is to get a answer from her lips, I am willing to put myself in the depths. Mehera and Camille walks over to me. And I have to pretend as if I am not torn apart by Yeri’s smell and presence.“Your majesty.” Mehera says and I straighten my posture.“Is consort Yeri okay?” She asks and I feel the need to squint in confusion. Most queen would feel defensive about the fact that I have a full of estate of harem woman, and a consort who is required to live in the castle once she is queen.“Are you really asking that?” Camille asks, taking the question just out of my tongue.“Why not?” She says, innocently like she is unaware of the dynamics and power struggle of the castle.“N—nothing. I will leave you two.” Camille answers, walking away and Mehera looks at me once again.“Is i

Princess Yeri.I groan as the mountain of a man drags me across the castle. His grip on my arm is like a bear trap and I don’t even have the atom of strength to refrain. I stumble, dragged across the uneven ground by King Ozar all across the castle. The execution ground isn't a dank chamber, but a desolate circle carved into a rocky peak. The wind howls, whipping my cloak and banners of the surrounding.High above, the sky is a canvas of fading glory. Streaks of orange and violet bleeds across the horizon, a remnant of the setting sun. A sliver of a new moon hangs low, leaving the execution area to be an exposed ground. King Ozar lets go of me and I stand still, staring at a single post at the center. It is worn out by countless executions. Heavy, iron collar hangs from a chain and it loops around the top, glinting dully in the fading light. There are no blood staining the rocky ground. However, the elements played their part – the wind carried the tang of iron, and a testament of pas

Alpha King Ozar.“She what?” I ask, staring at Agnes’ face. There are red scratches, marring the skin of her cheek, and a hint of anger that remains in her determined eyes. Yet, despite the visible injury, I know the most scorching one is her pride that has been attacked.“This is what you get for bringing her to the castle without my permission.” I say.“Your majesty!” Agnes says, begging for justice. Yet, she will not say it. I know if she wanted to defend herself from Yeri, she could have but duty bound her.“Where is she?” The dowager asks, walking into the scene with Lady Mehera.“In her chambers. She has locked herself in.” Clipper says.“This is not a behaviour of a consort.” The dowager seethes.I drive a hand through my hair. I do not want to say anything or be a part of this conversation because I know it is partly my fault too. I have tasted a part of Yeri’s anger but what I did not think is that it would resurface quickly once again.“Dowager, it is my fault.” Mehera says.

Princess Yeri.I know what I am asking of him. And I know the moment where Ozar surrendered to it. It wasn’t when he decided to take off his belt, or when he gazed at me. It was when he stopped walking. Or was it when he couldn’t leave? It is true what Diana said to me, ‘no man would be able to resist me’. I push the sheets aside as his weight sinks into the bed, he is a man that is built like armours and weapons. Yet, a flicker of tenderness softens his fierce gaze. The furs dip significantly, creating a valley between us. A flush creeps up my neck for I am so close to him. I smell, cedarwood, vetiver and everything leather. I want him to hold me with his strong arms, I want his calloused hands to go in between my legs and his stern mouth, to grasp a hold of my breasts. I need it. I was not lying when I said he can make me feel better."You fill this bed like a longship in a storm." I say, my voice is laced with affection and need"Perhaps," he conceded, his voice is a rough bass, l

ContdAlpha King Ozar.“Are you sure you would rather do this?” I ask. Meters picks a large stack of files and places it onto my desk. She groans for a bit as she tries to arrange it and I look back at her.“Yes, your majesty. But I’ll later leave to help Lady Camille. Although, it looks like she doesn’t need my help.” She says.“Why do you say that?” I ask, my voice is unexpectedly gruff and a heat of blush spreads across her face.“I don’t know. She doesn’t know me yet.” Mehera says and I begin to go through the files that she has dropped upon the table.“Hmm..” I state, paying little attention to the ongoing conversation after I spot an interesting file.“Are these all petitions?” Mehera asks.“Yes, from Elanor.” I answer and she lifts her head to look at me.“My father told me you had ministers overseeing your commands. Why do you need to go through their petitions when the ministers could do it?” Mehera asks.“Because I took over Elanor myself, not my ministers. Therefore, I sho
