Amaka's POV I arrive home late in the evening due to the traffic. My son already sleeps fast when I come into the room and see him sleeping on the bed. I do not meet Maureen's mother in the living room, so Maureen and I go to her room for me to unwind and have my bath. "Welcome, Amaka. How was work today?" Amaka's POV The following morning, Maureen's fiancé arrives early to pick her up, and we assist her in carrying some of her boxes. Maureen wears a green nightdress, so she goes to have her bath. As she steps out of the bathroom, she dons a yellow top with a black skirt. She has this born-again look that makes it difficult for anyone to know that she is raised by a single mother. "Thank you, Amaka," Maureen says as she finishes applying simple makeup of white powder and red lipstick on her pink lips. "I am going to miss you," she says as she hugs me once more. I smile. Joseph's POV Early in the morning at my house, I wake in my bed and prepare to leave for the office, since Nina and I sleep in different rooms. Nina sleeps in the guest room downstairs while I sleep in my bed in my room alone. After I get out of my bed, I go to take my bath in my bathroom, standing under the shower tap. I recall returning home the previous night and seeing Nina in my house. I am not happy that Nina comes to live with me, but I cannot even protest with her staying here. Nina's POV I am not impressed that I catch Joseph staring at that pretty blonde lady, not once or twice. Whenever I ask him, he says that she is only his new staff and he wonders why Simon takes care of her. Why should Joseph be bothered about this lady? I remember when I arrive at the company with Joseph. My motive is to find out if he has any woman he sees in his office and to see his workplace. I cannot relax at home or move to my father's company to resume my job as an accountant when Joseph has a big company.
