Lahat ng Kabanata ng Sierra Morgan: The Don’s Bride: Kabanata 21 - Kabanata 30

The limousine Crashed through central Philadelphia. Sergio and Marcus stepped out of the limousine. They stepped into the grand lobby of the "La Fonte" hotel, their footsteps echoing against the polished marble floors. They made their way to the elevators, Sergio's expression tense."You sure this is the right place, uncle?" Marcus murmured, his gaze sweeping across the lavish surroundings.Sergio nodded, his jaw tightening. "Ross said we'd find him here. Just follow my lead, alright?"The elevator ride up to the penthouse was filled with a heavy silence, the air thick with anticipation. As the doors slid open, they were greeted by Ross, the contractor who had helped them arrange this meeting with Ferdinand aka Kill Shot. Ross's connection was needed because very few people could get in contact with Ferdinand. Ross's connection in the underground world was the only way they were able to schedule, a meeting with him at the hotel."Sergio, my friend," Ross greeted, a strained smile on h

The study was softly illuminated, permeated with the exquisite scent of matured wine, while Sergio and his nephew, Marcus, were seated facing each other, gently tapping their glasses together.Marcus leaned back in his chair, a satisfied smile playing on his lips. "Your plan to hire Killshot was brilliant, Uncle. How did you even come up with the plan to use the orphanage caretaker to get to Kill Shot."Sergio swirled the deep red liquid in his glass, his gaze fixed on the dancing light. "Well, it was actually that lowly man, Pedro Gonzalo, who helped me realize the potential of this scheme."Marcus's brow furrowed in surprise. " yeah, I heard Luca interrogated someone who was in cahoots with the caretaker. But how could a man of little importance contribute to your grand plan?"Sergio let out a soft chuckle. "Ah! You see, Pedro didn't know of the role he was playing in all of this. He used to work for the Mexican cartel, just like he does now – a mere foot soldier in their ranks."Ma

Sierra jumped at the sound of knocking but quickly pulled herself together and opened the door to see Dominic standing there, looking pretty pleased with himself."Remember, Sierra, this is our bedroom, not just yours," Dominic said, a bit of a warning in his voice. "Lock that door again, and you'll really see my wrath."Sierra felt a flutter in her heart and struggled to swallow. "I….am sorry, Dominic. "I assure you, it will not happen again," she stuttered, with her voice shaking just a bit.Dominic's face became gentler as he gently rested his hand on his desk. "Good. I need you to take this mission seriously, this might be your only way of showing me you are dedicated to me and the Rinaldi family."Sierra nodded, eyes fixed on Dominic. She answered quickly yet timidly"Of, course."Dominic started recalling the problems they were having with the Philippine gang in their territory. "I need you to find out what they're up to and where they are. And we can only do that if we capture s

The room was flooded with Rinaldi men as they surrounded every corner of the room. All with a gun in their hand. Luca stood behind Dominic, who was draped in a black turtle neck and plaid trousers. Nathan froze the second he saw Dominic walk in. His grip on Sierra's neck loosened, and he started stammering. "Mr. D-Don... I mean, Mr. Rinaldi, I-I didn't realize—"Dominic raised a hand, cutting Nathan off. "Quite, you sorry excuse for a man. You couldn’t even think for a second that this could have been a trap." He glanced at Sierra, a nasty smile spreading across his face. Sierra had no idea Dominic was going to be here.Sierra's voice shook as she tried to speak, her heart racing. "Y-yes, Dominic. I was just trying to get information on the Philippine gang, like you asked."Dominic nodded, his face giving nothing away. "Good. Looks like you've done well." He turned back to Nathan, his eyes narrowing. "Now, Mr. Nathan, I've got a proposition for you."Nathan swallowed hard, sweat start

The office was dimly lit, shadows creeping along the walls as the setting sun cast long beams through the narrow windows. The air was thick with the scent of incense, a familiar yet unsettling aroma for most who entered the mid-sized office building. This was the headquarters of the Japanese gang. In the office sits Kim, the leader of the Japanese gang, his personal bodyguard, and Mr. Anderson who was a prolific politician and the current mayor of the city of Philadelphia. Kim's laughter echoed through the room, a chilling sound that sent shivers down Mr. Anderson's spine. He tried to mask his unease, but the sweat trickling down his temple betrayed him.Kim had entered a business deal with Mr. Anderson, so the mayor could use the Japanese gang as his goons to win elections or eliminate competitors, as long as he made sure to protect them from the Claytons, whose side of the city the Japanese gang were located in."Mr. Anderson," Kim's voice cut through the laughter, "you seem worried
