CHAPTER ONE

"No! I can't be an Omega, I'm supposed to be an Alpha" "How is she the Alpha's daughter""She is so weak""She is a trash and a bastard""Trash! That's what she is" Came the many voices thrown at me as I stared round me in horror. This can't be happening to me, why me."No father, please I'm your daughter" I cry out as I try to reach for my father, the Alpha of Blackclaw Pack."I forbid you to call father" he spat out while evading my hands like a plague, I flinched from the spite in his words. Was this my loving and caring father, he was totally a different person now."I do not have such a weakling for a daughter" My mother, the Luna, spoke with venom in her voice."No, please, Mom, Dad" I cry as I fall on my knees. My father spits at me and turns his back from me facing the pack members. My heart beats in terror as I watch him."From this day forth, I declare that she is no daughter of mine, she shall be moved to the servants quarters.......""NO!" I wail.".....And shall remain

CHAPTER TWO

"Omega, get into that kitchen and fix breakfast for the Alpha and his family."The shrewd head of servant shouts at me bringing me out of my self musings. I bow my head promptly and quickly head to the kitchen in my wet, soggy clothes. I sleep in the corridors by the way, I'm not allowed a bed, sometimes I think they are going too far in this Omega thing. I'm quick as I work, it helps to stay quiet and unnoticed unless I want to be bullied by other servants. It still baffles me how quick they were to turn full cruelty on me, and I was always nice to them unlike my older siblings who had been nothing but cruel to them well they do say its only the strongest that is respected and feared in this world. "Well, well, well. If it Isn't the Alpha's Omega bitch" crooned a very annoying voice from the doorway. My body tenses while I'm still working. Its Clarissa, one of the servants who just happens to be a big full time bitch. She has had it in for me ever since the day I was brought in her

CHAPTER THREE

"Mate"I whisper as I stare at him in awe and joy. Its Chase, the guy I've been secretly having a crush on ever since I was a pup. My wolf is singing happily. Chase Star, the beta's son, we were classmates in high school and I always had this fantasy that we would be great as a couple...and its finally happening. No longer a fantasy, the moon goddess has decided to visit me by granting me my wish. I can already feel the bond growing, he is my mate. I feel like screaming right now, I'm so happy. I was smiling as I run towards him, I expected him to smile too much and throw his hands around me, but he just stood still, a grim expression on his handsome face. I felt a foreboding of fear, he was staring at me with anger, it was evident in his eyes. I was confused and scared."Ch...Chase what is it? Why aren't you saying anything?" I asked him uneasily. He scoffs and steps a little bit closer and leans directly into my face, I can clearly see the hazel embers of his eyes but right now I'm

CHAPTER FOUR

"Avery, be quick on your feet, they will be here any time soon"."Yes sir" I reply duly. The Alpha King is coming today, in case you don't know what the Alpha King is, he is like the overall ruler of all the wolf packs because he is different from us, he is a Lycan, the one and only of his family line, I heard his brother is half Lycan and half wolf, making him the only pure blood. And from what I've also heard he is quite ruthless and not to be messed with, that is why all Aphas fear him. The whole pack is bustling with the hum of activities as everyone is preparing for his arrival. According to what I heard, he is looking for his mate which was said in a prophecy will help him with the brewing war with the rogue wolf kingdoms. Good luck with that. Everyone seems anxious and excited but I don't feel anything, its just the king looking for his mate, that's all. And don't worry I have no desire to be his mate nor would I even dream of it. I doubt I can even catch his eyes. I'm just us

CHAPTER FIVE

"I said where she is she, didn't I say all unmated females be brought in front of me" he growled, his eyes already turning a guttural black showing his Lycan side."Y..yes, Alpha but...but the only girl remaining is just an Omega, not fit for your presence." Alpha Maxine stuttered as he tried to explain."You have no right to decide that, now take me to her" he demanded. His brother followed him as they went to the kitchen, there was a door, he pushed it open.He was frozen solid, his hands hung in the air as he stared at the girl. Then he smelled it, he heard it. MATE!His wolf was prowling under his skin, restless as they had finally found her. She smelled like vanilla and cake, so delicious and he loved cakes. The girl was still seated on the floor, staring at them with wide eyes, when he unconsciously said, "MATE!" The girl froze immediately, then was dragged from the room by the couple. He was screwed. Badly.**********************************The door was suddenly opened and

CHAPTER SIX

AVERY'S P.O.V"So tell me, what is your name?""Huh?" I blinked at Damien sitting beside me. He looked at me, his gaze expectant."Um_my name is Avery...Avery Blackclaw....." i remembererd I no longer belonged there, "...just Avery""I see, well Avery. I look forward to your service."I bowed my head quickly, "Yes Sir"He chuckled and pat my head ruffling my hair, I froze, unable to move."Its okay, you just looked so cute""Um...er..thank you?""You're wel....""I did not put you both in here to talk, you are master and servant. Act like it" Alpha Lucien growled from where he sat beside me. Yes, I was placed between them and honestly I didn't know how to behave. My ex mate and my new master, too awkward, I tried my best to make sure my skin didn't make contact with either of them, it would be rude to do so according to my father. I had wanted to stay in a different car but Damien had been adamant and demanded I stay with him since I was his personal maid. When I had agreed and moved

CHAPTER SEVEN

THIRD PERSON P.O.V"Damn it. I've never seen them in this number before." Lucien growled as he surveyed the the wolves. There were about twenty maybe even more wolf shifters ahead of them, all snarling with their fangs. Not that he felt intimidated but this was not the time for this, he wanted to go home and get some alone time. And this here was tampering his plans. The wolves were twice larger than normal wolves and all of them directed their gaze at him or to be specific something behind him. "They keep trying to head for the car" the man who has reported to Lucien spoke behind him."I think I know what they want but I don't know why." Damien grunted, his voice was gruff and laced with anger. He knew they were targeting Avery. Lucien almost turned back to glance at the car but he didn't. It wasn't his job to do so....not anymore. "Lets get this done, I want clean kills. When we are done burn down the bodies." He commanded."Yes Alpha.""Yes"They both answered him.Lucien took

CHAPTER EIGHT

AVERY'S P.O.V"Ave...ke up..." the voice was calling but I couldn't get what it was saying."Hmm" I moaned as I tried to follow the voice, it sounded unclear."Avery, please wake up" the voice pleaded softly, the words were clear now, I had to head for the voice."Avery" a stronger voice called my name, it sounded familiar and strangely it held more importance to me but I couldn't point out why.I immediately opened my eyes."Huh"I was lying flat on my back on...leaves? I could see the cloudless sky, I couldn't see the sun so which meant the sun had gone down. How long had it been? I took a deep breath, I could smell the forest, the sand and hear the chirpings from little animals, it felt nice but why was I outside and on the ground."You are finally awake huh?""Huh?"I turned to look at who just spoke."Sir Damien!"I tried to get up but he rushed and pushed me back."Stay still, you need to rest.""Rest?... I frowned, "...but I'm fine"He shook his head and smiled grimly his green

CHAPTER NINE

AVERY'S P.O.VEnd of Flashback"And that's what happened" The place was dead silent after I finished telling them everything, it stayed silent for five minutes. I cautiously raised my head to look at Alpha Lucien, he was standing in front of me, his face unmoving except for the way his eyes were round and a vein pulled on his forehead. Sir Damien was no better, he had a flabbergasted look on his face and his eyes were wide open. He kept opening and closing his mouth but gave up and ran his hands through his hair roughing it up."Um..." I started, trying to get their attention."Are you saying...." An exhausted voice began above me, "...you were in the car but then you suddenly walked into the forest and were almost attacked by a wolf but then was saved by some....light figure?" Alpha Lucien drawledI blinked at him, "Yes alpha, to sum it all up"He closed his eyes and raised his head up and muttered a swear word."Shit! Get back to the car, you can walk by yourself"It wasn't a quest

CHAPTER TEN

AVERY'S P.O.V"Luci! You are finally back, I missed you""I missed you too" Alpha Lucien spoke softly to the girl clinging to his body, she had wrapped her legs round his waist the way a koala would wrap around a tree, I didn't know what to think of this. Who was she, no one ever mentioned him having a sister or...I flinched as I stared at them, he was smiling at her in soft almost obliging way. Was she his girlfriend. Ouch! That hurt a bit...maybe a lot."Avery come on" Sir Damien propelled me towards the two.By the time we reached them, Alpha Lucien had finally gotten her off him but the young woman took his hand and brought it close to her chest, she seemed clingy and stared at him with an enraptured look but I doubt he noticed it. I didn't know why I was feeling annoyed when I saw the way she was holding him, my wolf yearned to rip her hands off him but alas he wasn't mine, not that he was in the first place"Hey Damien, nice to see you too." She grinned at himSir Damien rolled
