AUTHOR’S POV Amanda eyed her phone with irritation and mild fear. It was the fourth time the stupid thing had vibrated for the fourth time in less than ten minutes, and she didn’t need to turn the phone over to know who was calling. The phone stopped and picked up again almost immediately and Amanda felt like ripping her hair out from frustration. She turned the phone over and saw the screen flashing with the same dreaded name. Evil bitch. The name she had used to save the woman who gave birth to her.
