Mile’s POV“Relax, Miles. It’s just a date.” I muttered under my breath after slipping the wristwatch on.I tried to look simple tonight but with Grayham’s branded sweat pants and a matching shirt, I’m not sure if that was simple enough. Diane is a wealthy girl so I needed to up my game and that’s why I’m wearing one of Grayham’s Rolex watches and Dior slippers.I looked into the mirror and then tousled my hair atop. A glance at my wristwatch showed that it was 6:30 pm. Sam was waiting in the car outside for me.Diane had texted me the address of a five-star hotel. Grayham’s POVI closed my eyes, stretched my palms wide, and began to work on my breathing just as Master Lin taught me. I was seated on a mat, placed under a large tree with my eyes shut.In this monastery, one doesn’t keep track of time as there were no clocks in the rooms and one is not allowed to keep a gadget.The rising of the sun, its setting, and the atmosphere are what I’ve been using to keep track of time since I got here.
