Nicklaus sat in the garden, surrounded by the peaceful quietness, but his mind was far from being at peace. His thoughts swirled endlessly, a storm of frustration he could no longer contain. He sat forward on the bench, elbows resting on his knees, his fingers pressing against his temples. He missed Eva, his strength, his queen. Every moment without her gnawed at him. The emptiness of her absence was worse than any wound he had ever suffered in battle. And now, the time given by the elders was slipping through his fingers, and soon, they would demand results, or Eva... innocent as she was, would be convicted for the crime.Nicklaus’s jaw tightened. He already knew Aragorn’s poisonous hand was woven into this crime, but suspicion alone would not hold against the judgment of the elders. He needed proof. Proof solid enough to crush Aragorn and his scheming. Yet, for all his searching, for all his sleepless nights, he had found none.“Think, Nicklaus,” he muttered to himself. "There must

The pack gathering ground was at this point filled to the brim, every inch of space seemed occupied by murmuring voices and widened eyes. At the center, Nicklaus stood tall. His jaw was clenched, his piercing gaze shifting from the circle of elders to Aragorn. He looked every inch the warrior Alpha he was, but beneath his posture, fury seethed... barely contained. The chief elder was the first to break the silence as he cleared his throat.“This spell,” he said, lifting the fragments of blackened ash in his wrinkled hand, “is not just any spell. It reeks of deep black magic, it is vile, it's been so long I witnessed something like this." The other elders shifted uneasily, muttering among themselves. Nicklaus’s lips curled into a grim smile. "That is because the one who sent Collins dared not expose themselves, it's a protection spell, so I can tell they have serious backings, it's no longer a hide and seek game now." He casted Aragorn knowing glances in-between as he spoke.A loud

Eva's POV.“I’ve missed you, princess,” he whispered, his breath warm against my ear.Tears stung my eyes. “Nicklaus…” My voice cracked, and I pulled back just enough to see his face. Those piercing eyes I thought I might never see for a little longer than this, stared right into mine, full of emotions I couldn’t even begin to name. “You’re here. You’re actually here.”“Where else would I be?” His lips curved into a small smile, but his gaze softened as though he knew exactly what I was feeling. “I told you everything will be fine." I blinked fast, my tears spilling anyway. “Do you have any idea how scared I've been? I really do trust you Nicklaus, but I just thought that maybe there might not be a... “Shhh.” He pressed his forehead to mine, his hand sliding up my back to cradle the back of my head. “Don’t say that, Love. I promised you I’d fix everything, and I did. It’s sorted now.”I froze. My hands tightened against his neck as my mind scrambled. “What… what do you mean sorted?”

Eva's POV."You're really leaving immediately?" Annabelle pouted as they all walked Nicklaus and I to the carriage."I'm sorry, family of mine, but I'm a married woman, I have wifely duties to get back to, so don't blame me." I rolled my eyes dramatically."Please don't rub it in our faces okay? Some of us haven't found our mates yet." Ethan stuck his tongue out and we bursted into laughter. We got to the carriage and Nicklaus went to get the drivers who were resting somewhere and I turned to face my family. It's time to say goodbyes again, and as much as I felt really sad, I was also excited to be going back to my home."Eva." My father called, stepping closer towards me. "You are always welcome here, anytime, anyday, you're my daughter and I love you greatly, this is your home always and forever." He blurted and a wide smile broke out on my face.Tears welled up in my eyes but I tried so hard to hold it in; earth knows how much I love this family of mine. "Thank you father." I fina

Eva's POV.Pushing his hips forward, he brought the tip of his cock up to my chin and winked. "You know what to do, Love."I rolled my eyes at him playfully and slowly lowered myself to the floor, his hard cock a few inches away from my face.I wrapped my hand around his shaft, leaning up and planted a soft kiss on the head of his dick. Then I looked up at him under my eyelashes, smiling as I opened wide, and took the head of his cock into my mouth; slowly I swirled my tongue around the thick helmet of his dick, tasting the saltiness of his skin and a faint hint of slippery pre cum when I ran the tip of my tongue over his slit. I felt him harden even more in my mouth while I slowly stroked my hand up and down his shaft."Fuck, Eva!" I heard Nicklaus gasp above me in obvious pleasure, then he moved his hands to my hair, taking my head in a firm grip.I couldn't help but wonder if he was looking down, trying to see my face while I swallowed his cock, a sudden surge of heat rushed to
