NERIAH'S POV Rainbows. The last time I saw one, I was, say, ten? I remember that my left molar had gone out the night before and I cried myself to sleep because Laura had said the tooth fairy wasn't real and instead a mouse was going to steal my teeth, making me ugly forever. Silly of me to have actually believed something like that. But could you blame me? I was only a.kid. The following morning it rained heavily and when I left the house that morning to school, I saw it in the sky. The upturned areay of colors like we were taught in school. I didn't see the indigo and violet but there was red, orange, yellow amd blue. Those are ones of the memories that I've refused to outgrow. I saw a rainbow when I stepped out to pick some flowers for Denver and got reminded of that memory. It's sitting there prettily, shining it's rays of hope over my house.
