Chapter 65 TARLYN'S POV I stood by a window staring down at the courtyard. My palms were cold against my skin and that was one way to tell how anxious I was. It's been a while since Kane was dragged to the council like a criminal and I had tried to eavesdrop but it's either nothing was being discussed or everyone suddenly lost their voice.
