JARED'S POV "I'm not." The word wouldn't stop ringing in my head even as he drove me down to my school. JARED'S POV I wiped my face, threw the wipe into the mini dustbin at the back of the car, and returned with a red face. Sterly's eyes stayed on me, and he only looked away when I settled down. "What would you like to eat?" He asked calmly. My lips moved. I felt flustered. Having bawled in Sterly's arms for more than an hour and even staining his shirt, I felt too embarrassed to look at his face. "I'm okay with anything," I replied awkwardly. An iPad appeared before me, and my heart raced slightly. "Check the lists and pick the ones you want. They are the meals prepared in the nearest Western restaurant outside your campus." He explained. Checking the list, I saw several beautiful delicacies I had never seen before, but I suddenly didn't feel like trying them at all. STERLY'S POV "This is the last report, sir," Nick said as he dropped the file on my desk. I pulled the file closer and opened it. "I only need to sign, right?" "Yes. Everything else has been done." He explained. I briefly read through the file, and realizing there was no mistake, I signed and returned the file to him. "Bring to me the documents I asked for yesterday. Also, please instruct the director to submit a detailed report of our last project. I need that to complete the new project I'm drafting." I told Nick. He nodded. "I will do that." "I had to turn down a few old men and women in the office today, which was quite annoying.
