Mary's POV It was darkness everywhere in the water. I couldn’t breath but my lungs kept screaming for air and I kept kicking and thrashing the water. The heavy dress was like chains, it kept pulling me down into the cold, silent darkness. "Reid!" I tried to scream but only bubbles came out. "Reid, please! Save me! I can’t swim!" I saw my father’s face watching from the edge of the pool but he just stood there, he didn’t make any move to help.
