The young man throws them an unconcerned glance before looking back to Master Chang, with a hungry, eager glance at the slave beside him. “I will give you all the money in the bag if you give me the blonde.” While he tries to persuade Master Chang to sell him his slave, the King’s guards advance on him, their intent glaring in their eyes and actions. His father flies to his feet with a furious look at the King. “What are you doing, Your Highness?!” The King turns to him. “Your son dared to insult me at my own wedding, and as such, the consequence is death.” “I will not let you murder my son.” The King smiles, a cold and dark smirk pulling at the corners of his lips. “You do not have the manpower to stop me,” he growls.
