Semua Bab Rise Of The Betrayed Omega : Bab 41 - Bab 50

**Shawn's POV** The moment I round the corner and see Cole's hand wrapped around Stella's arm, pure undiluted rage explodes in my chest. "Remove your hands from her. Now." My voice cuts through the marble hallway like a blade. Cole's head snaps toward me. Recognition flashes in his eyes, then arrogance replaces it. But he doesn't let go. His fingers dig deeper into Stella's arm. She winces. That fucking does it. I close the distance between us with measured steps. Each one deliberate and controlled. The lawyers trail behind me but I don't care about them. All I see is Stella—her pale face, her red cheek, her wide eyes filled with fear. And his goddamn hand bruising her skin. "This is a private conversation, Black," Cole says, puffing up like he actually has authority here. "Walk away." "There's nothing private about putting your hands on someone in a public hallway." I stop three feet away. Close enough to strike if I need to. "Remove them. I won't ask again." Hi

**Stella's POV** The Council chamber is designed to strip away any illusion of power. Circular, with dark wood paneling that seems to absorb light rather than reflect it. The ceiling soars overhead, vaulted and oppressive, making every voice sound small and insignificant. At the center sits a raised platform where five stone thrones hold the Council of Elders—ancient wolves whose eyes have seen centuries of pack politics, betrayals, and broken families. Elder Moira sits in the center, with her silver hair pulled back severely, her face carved from granite. To her left is Elder Michael, whose blind eyes somehow see more than most. To her right, Elder John, small and delicate but radiating quiet authority. The other two—Elder Konstantin and Elder Amara—flank the outer edges, their expressions unreadable. Cole and I sit at separate tables facing the Council, our lawyers positioned behind us. Shawn sits in the gallery. Sabrina is there too, perched next to Cole's side of the room,

**Stella's POV** Hours later, we are back in Victor's office which feels lighter somehow, due to the relief flooding through my system. "To Stella," Victor raises a crystal glass filled with golden champagne, his eyes bright with pride. "Who proved today that she's stronger than anyone who ever tried to break her." "To Stella!" the others echo, and the sound of clinking glasses fills the room. I take a small sip, the bubbles tickling my nose. The champagne is expensive—probably older than I am—but I barely taste it. All I can think about is Noah. My baby boy. In twenty-four hours, I'll hold him again. I'll smell his sweet pup scent, feel his chubby arms around my neck, hear his little voice call me "Mama." "I still can't believe it," I whisper, setting down my glass with shaking hands. "I actually... I won. Partially, but I won." "You did more than win," Diane says, her usual professional mask softened by a rare smile. "You stood up to an abusive Alpha in front of the

**Shawn's POV** I don't regret fucking Stella for the second time. I regret forgetting who her father is. The thought pounds through my head as I step back into Victor's office, closing the bathroom door behind me. Stella's still in there, probably trying to compose herself, and trying to erase the evidence of what we just did again.... I move back to my position by the windows, picking up the champagne glass I abandoned earlier. My hand is steady as I bring it to my lips, but inside I'm anything but calm. Stella's intoxicating scent still clings to my clothes, and skin... I curse myself inwardly because I shouldn't have allowed her heatwave scent take over all my sense, I ended up following her to the bathroom for a quick fuck... which turned out to be great for both of us...'We are screwed when victor finds out what we have been doing to his only daughter,' My wolf cautions but I push him back. He wanted this too, so why should I be screwed alone? I turn my attention to t

**Stella's POV** The penthouse is silent after Shawn leaves. I stand in the middle of the living room, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the glittering city below, and for the first time in what feels like forever, I let myself just breathe. This is mine. A smile spreads across my face, so wide it almost hurts. Tomorrow. Tomorrow I get my pup back. I move through the space slowly, taking it all in. The living room is spacious and modern, with plush furniture. Abstract art hangs on the walls—the kind that probably costs millions. The kitchen is a dream—marble countertops, stainless steel appliances that look like they've never been used, a wine fridge stocked with bottles I can't even pronounce. I open the main refrigerator and gasp. It's fully stocked. Fresh fruits and vegetables, organic milk, premium cheeses, deli meats, everything I could possibly need. The pantry is the same—shelves lined with pasta, sauces, cereals, snacks. Even pup food. When d
