Otis' POV It was already night as the moon shone brightly outside. “Moon goddess give me your blessings” I prayed in my heart before tiptoeing out of my room, looking left and right to ensure I wasn't being watched, I made my way to the door. Tying my long white hair in a bun above my shoulders to avoid being seen by the guards, I hid behind a huge vase at the entrance. Thanks to my petite figure I didn't find it hard to hide myself. Three guards were standing at the exit, holding their swords in their right hand. They wore the same uniform but one could easily tell the difference between them. They were backing against the door making it easy for me to creep out jumping from vase to vase, stopping after every few moves to check if I was being monitored.
