ISABELLAThe sunlight filtering through the gaps in the curtains is too bright, and for the first time in weeks, I don't want to hide from it. I stretch out across the sheets. My body feels heavy, but in a good way... relaxed, cherished, aglow. Last night was fun, hot and definitely going to be repetitive. I smile, reaching out a hand to the other side of the bed, expecting to feel his heat. Empty. The sheets are cold.I sit up, pushing my hair out of my face with a small smile.
