GAMMA CHRISTIAN POV I don’t know how long I stood there in front of the door to my home. I was still wrapping my mind around the fact that my mate actually threw me out of my home AND slammed the door in my face! I heard chuckles coming from behind me. I slowly turned to glare at the two warriors that were stationed outside of Cameron’s room. They quickly fixed their posture by standing up straighter and wiping the smiles from their faces. “Find something funny?” I asked gruffly. They both cleared their throats and tried to keep the grins off their faces without much luck. “Sorry Gamma Chris, no we don’t find anything funny.”I shook my head before I relaxed my posture. “It’s okay, I really fucked up this time.” I then looked at them. “Do either of you have mates?”Devon shook his head. “I am not of age yet, sir.”Ethan smiled. “

LUNA RAE POV When I was informed that we had an uninvited guest, I was instantly alarmed that soon turned into a blinding rage. When I found out who it was, I could not believe this family! I was so fucking pissed that it took Braxton quite a bit of coaxing, even Jackson couldn’t calm us down. How fucking dare he come back! Luna was seething just as much as I am.I say we go and fucking ask him. I didn’t realize I had already made it to the door of our bedroom, when Braxton blocked my way. I actually had to step back before I collided with his chest. I would have been flung back quite a ways had I not slowed my pace. I looked up and noticed that I was angrier than I had thought when my vision was tinted red. If I didn't expel this amount of anger I was going to snap and no one wanted an out-of-control luna with powers. “If you do not move out of my wa

LUNA RAE POV CONT Jackson felt your panic through the bond just before he attacked, so he ran in front of you to protect you! Luna said to me with so much pride in her voice, which mirrored my own pride in both of my mates. Care to explain the bright blue glow coming from his hands? I asked my wolf. I honestly don’t know about that one. I’m sure that the moon goddess can explain when we talk to her. Luna replied. I snapped back to the present when I heard my mate's voice. “HOW DARE YOU! YOU DARE TO ATTACK MY MATE?!” Came Braxton’s voice, only it wasn’t just his and his wolf’s voice. NO, there was a 3rd, much deeper voice that had triggered a very primal need to submit to him! Luna and I were having difficulties fighting the urge to literally fal

DONOVAN POV I hated to wait! I was NOT a very patient man in the first place but since I was running out of time to get out of here and find my little bird. I then had to locate and kidnap her brats. All the while also needing to escape undetected! I was relieved when I was finally able to get through to Alex. He was not the type of monster that I am, he had a softer side to him. He was from a different time that he just never evolved from. I never had to doubt his loyalty to me so I always counted on him. I knew that I had to give him some time to come up with a plan but waiting was becoming unbearable.Suddenly I felt this piercing pain erupt from my chest and neck. I quickly reached up to my neck where the pain was but felt nothing on my skin but still felt the intense pain. I could no longer keep from screaming in pain. Just as I thought that I was going to pass out the pain ceased. I was finally able to breathe again. &ld

ALEX POVI still have not heard from Don. He was supposed to get a hold of me by now. The associate fell through, so I have to do this on my own. I’m actually not sad about that because I hated him and didn’t want to work with him anyway. I felt restless all day and couldn’t figure out why. I tried to bury this uneasy feeling, but no matter how hard I tried, the feeling remained.“Master, there is little time left.” My assistant said.I nodded in acknowledgment. “We can’t wait any longer. At dusk, we sneak into the pack and quickly took control of a couple of guards to release Donovan and find his beloved.” Even as I said that something felt wrong, but I pushed that thought aside. “After this, please remind me not to get involved with Donovan’s problems.” I said to my assistant.“Yes, master.” He opened the door when there was a knock on my room door. He opened
