I didn’t dare sleep all night The first thing I did after mentally settling down was to go clothes shopping. The thrift store didn’t have anything that called out to me so I stepped into a clothes store, I didn’t want to spend too much on just clothes but I also wanted to look good enough not shabby with worn-out clothes. I need something good at least. Just like before, I kept it simple. A pair of black pants, a straight black short skirt, two jackets, one black and the other brown. A black coat, not oversized this time, and a used black purse to match. When it came to the shoes, I chose quality. Something that would last through the struggle.
