Lahat ng Kabanata ng playing the perfect wife between two brothers : Kabanata 31 - Kabanata 40

ELENA POVI felt sun rays on my eyes as I tried to avoid the disturbing ray. I didn't want to wake just yet.I groaned and turned my body making an impact with a wall or was it a body. It was so warm and welcoming. I subconsciously scooted closer to the warmth as I laid my hands on the wall as I thought. It was so soft as my hands roamed around the wall, I smiled. It was so nice to touch. Suddenly the wall began vibrating, I placed my hand firmly in an attempt to stop the vibration but the wall was suddenly soft?My eyes flew open as I came face to face with a chest.“I didn't know my wife was so shallow, especially in the morning.” Aldric said, chuckling.I had completely forgotten that he spent the night with me. Yesterday wasn't exactly a good day, especially with the stunt Adrian pulled yesterday.I blinked a few times, trying to process what Aldric said, “What…what do mean? I'm not shallow.” I quickly defended myself.“Really? Then what's this?” He asked, using his head to point

ELENA POV I tried my absolute best not to show how good Aldric was with his fingers but Adrian was too smart to be fooled. Well that was how yesterday's outing ended, with Aldric apologizing, well more like teased Adrian for making him uncomfortable in a shared booth. Adrian was so furious that he gave me a death glare making me almost choke on my own spit. Well yesterday is gone and tomorrow we're leaving for Honolulu. I was going to set everything right soon. The excitement made me wake up early. I turned to my side to see Aldric sleeping peacefully next to me, he looked like an angel. Aldric has practically moved into Elara's room. He has been sleeping together with me since his mother left us. Well, I wasn't complaining. It felt nice to have someone's warmth next to me. I decided to take a good look at him without his eyes searching for my soul, because if everything goes as planned, I'm never going to be this close to him ever again. He looked really nice, well more handsom

ELENA POV “I'm not running away but my sister is in Honolulu and I plan to bring her home.” Adrian stood there frozen as he blinked, “You're serious? The real Elara, she's in Honolulu?” “Yes, that's why I chose Honolulu to begin with. Just thinking about it, why would I go on vacation with my sister's husband when I'm trying to fix her marriage and not steal it.” I said, turning to face Adrian who was standing there. “Let me get this straight,” he said, approaching me slowly, “What you're saying is that, you're going to Honolulu and you're going to return with your sister and you will be mine officially, right?” He asked, standing right in front of me. “I will find my sister and she will be back but I belong to no one.” I said turning to leave but Adrian held my arm stopping me from walking away. “No, no pretty, you can't destroy my happiness you just built up. Maybe a little reminder will help you know what you want.” Adrian, with a smirk held his pants, “You'll have to see wh

ELENA POV The drive back to the hotel wasn't exactly nice, I couldn't concentrate on what Aldric was saying. I kept going back to what Elara said about Aldric being an animal but yet the same man is sitting next to me laughing like a baby. I tried to pause my brain from thinking back to Elara but I couldn't, it kept working on its own. I got to our room barely saying much. I took my bath laid on the bed, a few minutes later Aldric joined and it didn't take long as sleep took him. I decided to take my phone and text Elara on where we could meet the following morning. If everything works well, no, when everything works out, Elara will thank me later. That was all I could think about before sleep took me. IN THE MORNING I sat down on the dresser arranging my hair. Aldric walked in running his hands through his head, he looked at me then turned around before looking back at him. I could see him through the mirror as he contemplated what to do. I exhaled with a smile, “You do know

ELENA POV “Who the hell is James?” Aldric asked with a raised brow. I blinked, “James?” “Yeah, you just said his name.” Aldric said, folding his arm. Shit, shit, shit. I needed to think of a better answer to this question because why the hell did I say James name out loud? I just sat there staring at Aldric as he kept staring back at me for answers. I chuckled weirdly, “Oh, it's just someone I saw today.” “Oh, and you know his body, how?” “Come on dear husband,” I said standing up as I placed my hands on his bare chest making goosebumps grow on my arm, I closed my eyes trying to ignore the tingling on my finger tips on Aldric's chest, “You're the only man for my eyes. James is just some guy trying to make a point when you're all that matters.” Aldric smirked, wrapping his hands around me pulling me closer to him, “So you were checking me out, then.” “To prove a point.” I said with a smile. He smiled as his eyes darted from my eyes to my lips, then back to my eyes, “Well, you
