Adrian's povI spat at Silas's feet and stormed out of his house. Getting into my car, a strong feeling of frustration engulfed me. As much as I didn't want to go back to the hospital to face the old man, I had to show my face before him. I was certain he was waiting to hear my findings. My phone rang again. The police officers were still calling. I slid my thumb across the screen and the call connected. "Mr. Adrian, we need you at the station. We have some questions.." Just like I expected. I ended the call before they finished speaking. They didn't care about Clara. They didn't even bother to check if she might've survived.
