I usually did.There was rarely anything she loved more than her sleep.The curtains had shifted sometime during the night, allowing a narrow ribbon of golden sunlight to slip through the gap. It spilled across her face, catching on her lashes and the gentle curve of her cheek. For a moment, I just watched her.Then I carefully slid out of bed, moving towards the window.
