[Declan]I rescued Avira from Nanisca, and too bad, I could not punish Nanisca for it. Situations such as this prompts me to wish I did not enter into the pact with her, or did not have to let her have her way.Of course I warned her to stay off Avira but I knew better than to think she would listen to me so I did the next best thing I could think of, which was Make Avira stay with me on the field while I trained with the other warriors of the pack. That way, she will be saved from Nanisca, and at the same time, I will get to see her most of the time. [Declan]I met my father sleeping when I stepped into his bedroom. Not sure whether or not to wake him up, I stood and watched him sleep for a few minutes before backing out, making a mental note to return before nightfall.But I bumped into another of the girls whom I didn't hear come in, and crashed the tray and dishes she was carrying. She let out a scream in both shock and fear. She knew just what awaited her. But I held out my arm to her to quieten her before turning to the bed where my father was now awake. The sound of tray and dishes crashing must have aroused him, or the stupid girl's fearful scream. [Avira]I slowly took in the decor of the room with my eyes which were half covered with sleep. For a moment I wondered where I was before the memory of Declan giving the room back slowly hit me. Luckily there was no presence in the room like I feared, which meant that I was alone.I sat up slowly and rubbed my eyes with equal pace. I knew there'd be training today even though Declan had not said so, and as much as I dreaded the part of training where the Lunar Lock would attempt to kill me, and the part where I would be treated badly by Thorne, I had a positive feeling towards serving them while they trained. It felt good to be on an entirely different side of the pack, plus I would get to see Cedric. [Avira] The voice was angry, and distinctly familiar but in my state of panic, I could not tell whose voice it was. I looked up at the figure who had just come in for a clue but he too was not familiar. He was covered in over a week's old beard, and looked very rough and unkept. I noticed as blood instantly drained from Thorne's face at the sight of the stranger who was now advancing on him with the speed of lightning, and with his hand curled in a tight fist. There was something familiar about the way he moved but I just couldn't place my finger on it, and his shabby appearance wasn't helping me a bit.
