~Zara’s POV~When Stanley suggested a quiet place for our meeting, I didn't expect a noisy bar full of old, drunk men dancing and trying to flirt with girls. As soon as I walked in, all eyes were on me. I felt awkward, unsure if they were staring at my outfit or something else. Either way, I was irritated as I spotted Stanley sitting at the far end. The music was loud, and the smell of alcohol made my skin crawl. Stanley saw me and waved. I hurried toward him, ignoring the prying eyes.“And there she is… how lovely, how lovely,” Stanley said with excitement as he gestured for me to sit. I stared at him, unsure if he was being serious.“Mr. Griffin, don't you think this place is… a little noisy?” I wondered if he noticed the chaos at all. We could have met at Kaden's restaurant; it was quieter, more private, and had fewer prying eyes.“Nonsense… this is perfect. Come on, take a seat, let's talk,” he remarked, drinking his liquor and pointing at a chair. He wanted me to sit close to him
