SHE WAS NEVER HIS MISTRESS のすべてのチャプター: チャプター 141 - チャプター 150

SIENNA’S POVIt has been a few months since I started this job and also a few months of slowly getting to know Daniel. After he showed up at my apartment last week with those orchids, I could not stop thinking about it. No matter how hard I tried to push the memory away, it kept coming back. He had driven all the way to my place just because I did not show up at work. He held my crying daughter until she fell asleep. He was patient and kind when I felt like a mess. It was one of the most thoughtful things a man had done for me in a very long time, apart from Flynn. I felt so grateful that I stayed up the whole night baking him a cake. He once mentioned in passing that he loved cakes. I made it simple but with extra care, adding a little vanilla the way my mother used to. I even remembered the orchids he brought. They were my second favorite flowers. I found myself smiling the whole drive to work that morning.Since everything that happened with my parents and then Catherine’s father,

ARIA’S POV The next few days felt different. Not in a big dramatic way, but in small, quiet ones. Flynn and I were still figuring things out, but these past few days and the date before that had shifted something between us. We were softer with each other, less careful and more real. That morning I woke up to the feeling of his hand on my belly. We had slept in the guest room as I wasn't ready to move into the master bedroom yet. I opened my eyes and saw him lying beside me. I propped up on one elbow and stared at my stomach with a small smile. “Good morning,” I whispered. He looked up at me. “The baby is moving a lot today. I felt it earlier.” I placed my hand over his and a few seconds later, there it was, a strong little kick right under our palms. Flynn’s face lit up like a kid on Christmas morning. “Did you feel that?” he asked, grinning. “Yeah,” I laughed softly. “She’s been active since last night.” “She?” I shrugged. “Or he. I don’t know yet. But it feels like

SIENNA’S POVIt had been eight weeks since that first dinner with Daniel. Eight weeks of late-night texts, stolen glances at work, and him showing up at the office more often just to see me. He would say little things that left me blushing at my desk for hours. He was gentle, patient and he was incredibly gorgeous. We had not put a name on what we were doing yet, but I could feel it going somewhere and I was open to it. Open to everything actually, even the possibility of heartbreak. I just wanted to feel wanted for a little while. Even if it did not last. One Thursday afternoon Daniel called me into his office. My hands were shaking when I walked in.“Sienna,” he said with that soft smile I was starting to love, “would you like to come over to my house for dinner this Saturday? Just us.”My heart jumped. I nodded before I could overthink it. “Yes. Yes, of course I would like that.”Saturday came too fast. I stood in the store staring at lingerie for almost twenty minutes. It was a s

ARIA’S POVA few weeks had passed since everything shifted between Flynn and me. The house felt different now. Not in a huge way, but in small, quiet ones. We were gentler with each other, we talked more, we were still figuring things out, but it felt like we were actually moving forward instead of just surviving.I was sitting on the couch with my feet up when the doorbell rang. I got up slowly as my belly now makes everything take a little longer these days. When I opened the door, Sienna stood there with Catherine on her hip. The little girl had grown so much since the last time I saw her.“Oh What a surprise!” I said, smiling wide. “Welcome, come in come in.” “Oh my goodness, Look how big you’ve gotten, Catherine!”Sienna laughed softly. “ I know right? She’s been eating everything in sight lately. I swear she grows an inch every week.” “Awwn they grow so fast” “Speaking of growing fast” she smirked and looked at my belly. “How has it been?”“Oh well. I feel really heavy and sl

**Warning 18+ Content*** SIENNA’S POV The next week went by so fast and before I knew it, it was Saturday already. Daniel had called in the morning to make sure I was okay with the plan. Later, Daniel held my hand the whole drive to his sister’s house. My palms would not stop sweating no matter how many times I wiped them on my dress. I know we have been dating for two months now which felt real, warm and safe. But meeting his family? That was a whole different level. I kept imagining all the ways I could mess it up. “You okay?” Daniel asked gently, squeezing my fingers. “Yh… I’m just nervous babe. It’s your family,” I admitted. “What if they don’t like me? What if they think I’m not good enough for you?” Daniel smiled softly and brought my hand to his lips for a quick kiss. “They already like you. I’ve told them about you and they know how happy you make me. Just be yourself. That’s all I want.” His words helped a little, but my stomach was still in knots when we pu
