When I woke up, my whole body felt sore and I was alone in bed. I sat up, hearing the running water from the washroom and realizing Landon was there. I closed my eyes and considered my options. Should I escape to my room before he comes back and then pretend this never happened? I wondered, but then I remembered the way he kissed me and the way he fucked me last night. Lunch was packed with a people but it didn’t few the same. Everyone was unusually quiet, unable to get back to how bubbly they usually were. The moment I stepped in, a few heads turned towards me. When I returned to my room, I was feeling a bit frustrated. I tried to convince Landon for the seventh time to take me to his pack and he rejected me again. He knew how much I needed to get out of this place and on this one thing, he refused to indulge me. Why? Why did he keep refusing me? It was not like he would lose anything. But then I realized a moment later, exactly what the problem was. I felt stupid for not realizing it earlier. As I have learned, Landon was not on this ship to have fun like the others. I found that out a couple of days ago. He was here to find his sister’s murderer and I don’t think he’s succeeded yet.That meant, he hasn’t done what he was here for, so how could he leave?I wanted to understand him, to encourage and support him but I knew I didn’t have that luxury. I was going to continue to try to convince him. I wondered if it would work if I seduced and left him hanging, wanting, until his self control snaps and he agrees to do whatever I ask of him.

The party was in full swing by the time me and Kain arrived there. The music was loud, everyone was dancing, screaming, fucking. Kain walked up to me, glaring at Landon’s back as he left. “Don’t give in to him.” He whispered and I gave him a nod, determined to go through with my plan. Kain got to the spot i pointed to and circled over it. It was a pole with a flag on it stretching out from deep under the water. The ride was nerve wracking. I didn’t realize how afraid of water I was until I was finally on this boat. I was holding on to Kain so tight that I thought I might tear off his jacket. “There.” I pointed again. “Let’s go there.”I thought at this point, he was going to ask me why I wanted to go there but Kain was unusually quiet and just followed my command.
