Aria’s POV I stepped out of my room, my heart racing in my chest as my eyes roamed around the hallway, spotting red lights on the CCTV cameras flickered like watchful eyes, and the maids moved through the corridors with an eerie, quiet efficiency. Outside the windows, the security men stood like statues. This is going to be difficult. I thought. I went back to my room, my hands shaking as I grabbed my passport and my phone. I had already booked an 8:30 PM flight to New York. Looking at my heavy suitcase, I realised it was a distraction. I couldn't afford to let anything stop me.
