Chapter 11Eva’s POV I was confused when I woke up. I didn’t know where I was for a minute. I can’t remember the last time that I've been able to sleep that deeply. I didn’t have enhanced hearing, so I had trained myself to wake at the slightest sound. I had to learn that lesson from a young age. The Omegas that shared a room with me now were fine. I couldn’t take the chance of answering it and someone overhearing what was said between us. Even without using the speaker on my phone, my mother’s voice carried; it always has.
