LilyThe pain of my mother's abandonment is a wound that never healed for me. When I was just a little girl, my mother stopped coming to the apartment where we lived, disappeared, and left me behind. All these years I believed that she had left because she was a bad mother, the kind of person who leaves a little girl under the age of 10 all alone. However, now I understand that my mother probably never intended to abandon me. She left because Mary brought her to this place. All the pain I felt in the past because of my mother's abandonment, I turned into absolute hatred for the person who separated me from the only family I had, that is, Mary, that damn murderer.I don't know what my mother's relationship with the wolves is. Maybe she was friends with Anabeth Blackwood, or she was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. However, I am certain about why my name is written on the walls of this dark prison. My mother was here, and that was her way of saying goodbye to me."I'm going

LilyGrabbing my arms tightly, those same masked people hurry to take me out of the room, taking me away from Mary. Despite being dragged away like that, I can't stop screaming furiously, looking at that disgusting woman in the distance."You're going to pay for what you did! Murderer!" I scream desperately. The fear completely disappears. The only thing left in my heart is rage, fury at having discovered the truth about my mother and what that lunatic did, wanting justice against that woman, who not only destroyed my life once, but is trying to do it again.I am forcibly taken out of the beach house by those men, passing among those people wearing masks and strange robes, who stare at me in silence. This looks like a horror movie, but I don't pay too much attention to it, because I'm too focused on my own rage to do so. I feel truly furious about what that woman dared to do.I don't stop screaming as I am dragged across the sand toward the improvised altar they prepared all afternoon

LilyAfter being recognized as a member of the Blackwood family, things become... A little strange.Liam protectively takes me away from the beach and leads me inside the cabin where I had been imprisoned. There, Liam tries to keep me from looking outside, where Alpha Logan and other members of Mary's sect chase the crazy woman until they finally defeat her. They don't execute her for her crimes right there, which is a shame, but they hurt her badly and arrest her, waiting for the arrival of the new alpha of the pack, who is going to decide Mary's fate."Take this, you must be cold," Liam says, covering my shoulders with his jacket."Thank you... I must look horrible. I'm covered in dust and dirt," I complain embarrassedly.I spent many days in that disgusting, dusty basement, so my hair and the rest of my body were very dirty. I feel very embarrassed about being so dirty in front of Liam."Do you feel okay?" my "brother" asks, crouching beside me."I'm fine. My abdomen hurts a little

LilyEven though I am not happy about it at all, Liam takes me back to the valley where the Moonridge pack is located, the place where so many horrible things happened to me, but also where the ancestral home of the Blackwoods is located, so I had no other choice but to agree to go with him."You have nothing to fear, I'll be with you," Liam assures me with a smile on his lips.I know all the danger is over. The crazy Mary is being executed now, but I can't help thinking of this place as a dangerous place, as if the shadow of death that that crazy woman cast over me were still present.Reassured by Liam, I am taken to the Blackwood mansion, which is on the opposite end from the ancestral home of the Moonridges, like some kind of opposite to the place, since even my family's mansion is dark in color, in contrast to the white marble of Nicolae's mansion."It's the oldest house in the valley," Liam explains as he helps me get out of the car. "We've been here for centuries, even before th

LilyLogan Blackwood holds me tightly in his arms for several minutes, so many that they seem eternal to me.However, I don't complain, because I understand that this whole situation must be extremely difficult for him. He has recovered his daughter after all these years, and surely it must have been a horrible situation for him. So, even in his arms, I can feel Logan crying a little from emotion, which anyone would do when reuniting with the family they believed they had lost.Logan Blackwood finally manages to calm down, so together we walk to some sofas near the fireplace, where we sit down to try to process everything that is happening. This family reunion is being so difficult..."You are so beautiful, just as I always imagined you," Logan comments, taking one of my hands."Don't lie, Dad," Liam asks exasperatedly. "You didn't know if she was going to be a girl or a boy, but you always thought she would be a boy like me. I doubt you imagined her that way...""I'm talking about he
