Out of all the staff in this house. Cassandra is the biggest nuisance. There is nowhere I can go to escape her. She is so nosy. Most of the staff pity me. But Cassandra is one out of two who can’t resist. The other thorn in my side is Martha. A woman in her forties and the head of staff. A glorified assistant of the mansion. However, one plus is that the other staff hates them too. But no one hates them more than they hate each other. Martha is a bossy, stubborn woman who is insecure about aging. Cassandra is a beautiful twenty - three year old with a vindictive streak when she does not get her way. When not bossing other staff around they are tormenting me. And when they are not doing that they are at war with each other. It would be entertaining if they did not take it out on me after. Unfortunately, with both of them around it is impossible to sneak into Roland’s study upstairsHis study is the one place I am not permitted to enter. Not even to clean. That job is solely Martha’s.
