On the seventh floor of the Eastside apartments, in a small apartment consisting of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, Cindy George was woken up by the ringing of her phone alarm at was 6.30 am. It was on a Monday and she had an interview at Black Enterprises at 8.30 and since she needed to doll herself up for the interview, she decided to wake up early. She was known to do her things slowly and perfectly.

Dragging her sleepy self to the bathroom, she brushed her teeth, removed her clothes throwing them aside with other dirty clothes in the basket and jumped under the shower letting the warm water wash her body. Her shower gel was mainly strawberry scented and this made a lot of people call her strawberry. Having a quick shower, she walked out of the bathroom with a white towel covering her chest and another tied on her hair. After drying her hair using the towel, she dried her body, walked to the closet and chose herself a pair of black matching bra and panties and slid them on. Since she was living alone, she was used to walking with less clothes inside her small apartment.

Next to do was her make-up and hair. She decided on a light makeup, just lipgloss and mascara. She used the hair dryer to straighten her hair. Clothes she decided on a blue pencil skirt, a black buttoned blouse with a pair of matching black heels. Giving herself a last look in the mirror, she was satisfied with her look. She decided to let her black hair down. She picked her bag and walked out of her bedroom.

Seeing that she only had 45 minutes,"Oh God I'm going be late for my interview!" She muttered to herself. Cindy decided against making breakfast and picked an apple from the kitchen and walked out of her apartment. Getting on the elevator, she punched in the ground floor. Arriving at the parking lot of the ground floor, she walked towards her blue Audi, got in and sped towards the company.

Cindy arrived at Black Enterprises within 30 minutes, the company building was very tall. She parked her car at the parking lot at the and walked towards the reception where she found a woman in her late thirties.

"Good morning Miss, how may I help you?" The woman asked her with a gentle smile. She seemed like a very nice woman.

"Good morning, Cindy George, I'm here for an interview," she replied with the same smile.

"Right Miss George, use the elevator on your right to the 69th floor, and good luck on your interview," she winked at her.

"Thank you, Miss...Olivia," she replied reading her name tag which read Olivia Crawford and walked towards the elevator.

Getting inside the elevator, she punched in 69th floor and suddenly became nervous, she felt her palms become sweaty. "Breath in Cindy, calm down, this has always been your dream remember?" She muttered to herself as she tried to calm her nervous self down.

'Ding! The elevator stopped on the 55th floor and a handsome man with dirty blonde hair walked in.

"Good morning beautiful, first day at work?" Blondie asked.

"Not really, am here for an interview," she replied.

"Oh well, good luck with that," Blondie winked at her.

"What is it with you people winking and wishing me luck," she chuckled and asked.

"Uh you'll soon know, Mr. Black is ever in a bad mood. Sorry, my name is Tyson Roberts, planning department, we'll meet again if you're lucky," he said offering his hand to Cindy.

"Cindy George, and thank you," she replied shaking his hand.

The elevator stopped on the 60th floor and Tyson walked out muttering a see you soon before disappearing behind the closed door.

Cindy arrived on the 69th floor 10 minutes earlier. She walked out of the elevator towards the secretary who was busy retouching her make-up.

"Good morning, I'm Cindy George, I have an interview at 8.30," she said to the secretary

The secretary didn't even glance at her as she replied, "well you'll have to wait since you're early."

"Alright, but would you please inform Mr. Black that I'm already here?" She asked gently not minding her arrogant attitude.

"Whatever," the secretary snapped as she dialed Mr Black's office reporting Cindy's arrival.

After 5 minutes, the secretary told her to go in. She released a long breath and walked towards the office door. She knocked on the door and after hearing a come in from inside, she pushed the door and walked in.

The decoration in the office was mainly black and grey. On the left was shelf full of files, next to the shelf was a grey coach and a glass coffee table. On the right was a mini bar, 'damn, he's got a bar in the office' she thought. On the far right there were two doors assuming it was the washroom or maybe his resting lounge. In the middle of the office there was a table, a two chairs at the front and the chair behind was occupied by a handsome man who had a cold aura around him. Cindy swallowed nervously looking at the Greek god behind the desk.

"Good morning Mr Black, I'm Cindy George," she introduced herself after collecting back her thoughts. 

"Have a seat, Miss George," he replied not even looking up from the document he was reading.

'Arrogant much,' she thought as she rolled her eyes. She just sat there waiting for him to finish his document.

When Jonathan Black finished reading his document, his raised his head and was met with the most amazing blue eyes he's ever seen. He was lost in her eyes for a moment before he cleared his throat and spoke.

"So Miss George, I have seen your resume and you have no experience at all, what makes you think that you'll be accepted in my company?" He asked her as a matter of fact.

Cindy was taken aback by his attitude but composed herself. She had prepared herself for such questions, she had to get through this if she really wanted to work here.

"Well, working with Black Enterprises has always been my dream. I know I have no experience and that's why I'm looking forward to all the guidance and any sort of training that would be offered by the company. I promise I'll always do my best and will never disappoint you." She replied in one breath muttering all the courage she had.

Jonathan looked at her, she was a really beautiful girl, her long jet black hair and blue eyes was what caught his attention when he looked at her. He has never been so curious about ladies but there was something in Cindy that intrigued him. He felt the need to possess and have her all to himself. Though she was not that qualified to work for him, having her as his PA would be a great chance to possess her 

Cindy had no idea what he was thinking and she didn't interrupt his thoughts. She was only scared on how he was scrutinizing her. He was like an obsessed person 

After a moment, Jonathan came back to his senses and asked, "Are you married, Miss George?

"No."

"Any boyfriend?"

"No Mr Black, why all the personal questions?"

" I'm making sure that you would not be distracted if I happen to hire you." Jonathan didn't know why he felt happy when she said she didn't have a boyfriend.

"Well then Miss George, report to work tomorrow at 8.00 am. If you're late with even 1 minute, you'll face the consequences. Am looking forward to working with you." He said to her sternly.

She stood up from her seat and muttered a 'thank you' before making her way out of the office. Cindy wasn't mistaken but she sure heard something like, ' you're welcome kitten' from her boss. She didn't take it to heart and made her way to the elevator.

She was in a great mood when she walked out and this pissed off the secretary her desk. She glared at Cindy fiercely. Cindy just rolled her eyes and didn't give her any attention at all, she got inside the elevator and went to the ground floor.

When the elevator doors opened, Mrs. Crawford turned to look at her beaming with a smile, "Am assuming all went well sweetheart?"

"Yes Mrs. Crawford, all thanks to you."

"Alright, see you at work tomorrow then," she replied gently.

Cindy walked towards her car happily. Mrs Crawford really gave her a warm feeling in her heart. She was full of smiles.

She decided to drop at the shopping mall to grab some more clothes she'll be needing during work. When she got home, she called her eldest brother who was working abroad and told him about the good news. His brother was the only family she had after her parents died in a car accident 5 years ago. Her brother was happy for her and told her to be always careful.

She then did some laundry and cleaned everything in her house , did grocery shopping that was enough for a long time since she was going to be busy starting the next day at the company.
