Anyone else think the covers are a great guide? The style is consistent, and they usually have the series name prominently displayed. Later prints might even have a 'A Jericho Quinn Thriller' banner with a number. Always check the cover and copyright page before trusting an online retailer's listing.

Consider the publication order as the 'director's cut' timeline. The author wrote them in that sequence, revealing Quinn's past and future at specific paces. Any other order is a fan edit. You wouldn't watch scenes from a movie trilogy out of order; treat the book series with the same narrative respect.

Savage Sons Mc books 1-5 is a collection of MC romance stories which revolve around five key characters and the women they fall for.
Havoc -
A sweet like honey accent and a pair of hips I couldn’t keep my eyes off. That’s how it started.Darcie Summers was playing the part of my old lady to keep herself safe but we both know it’s more than that. There’s something real between us.Something passionate and primal.Something my half brother’s stupidity will rip apart unless I can get to her in time.

And if I’m not careful they will cut my heart out.
Fang-The first time I saw her, she was sat on the side of the road drinking whiskey straight from the bottle.
The second time was when I hit her dog.
I had promised myself never to get involved with another woman after the death of my wife.
But Gypsy was different.
Sweeter, kinder and with a mouth that could make a sailor blush.
She was also too good for me.
I am Fang, President of the Savage Sons. I am not a good man, I’ve taken more lives than I care to admit even to myself.
But I’m going to keep her anyway.

The publication order is the chronological order, thankfully. No weird prequels released years later that mess up the timeline. What you see is what you get: a clean, linear story of Jericho Quinn’s career. I wish more thriller series were this straightforward. You never have to wonder, ‘does this book slot in between three and four?’ Nope. It’s a straight shot from one to eight. That simplicity is a huge selling point for me when my reading time is limited.
I found the publication order to be vital for understanding the hierarchy and politics within the intelligence community in the books. Different agencies (CIA, DIA, private contractors) are introduced, and their rivalries and alliances shift from book to book. If you read a later book first, you'd be thrown into a complex web of inter-agency mistrust without knowing its origin. The order lays that foundation brick by brick.
The series order is listed on Goodreads and the author's website. 'Savage Country' (2012), 'The Outsider' (2013), 'Brigade' (2014), 'Target Lock' (2015), 'Stone Cross' (2016), 'Field of Fire' (2017), 'Weapon of Vengeance' (2018), 'Tom Clancy Shadow of the Dragon' (2020) – though that last one is a Jack Ryan universe crossover.
Stick to that list for the pure Quinn experience. The crossover is fun but exists in a slightly different continuity.
