Forget fitting them in. Dive into 'Nightfall and Other Stories'. If you love the clear, idea-driven prose, then explore the Robot tales. They exist in a shared 'universe' but are more like legal precedents building a body of law than chapters in a novel. Each story tests a new edge case of the Three Laws. Reading them back-to-back can feel repetitive; spacing them out between other books is my preferred method.

The library hardcovers from the 50s and 60s are where I found most of his collections. They're often organized by theme, not chronology. This is the way they were meant to be read—as curated explorations of a concept. The order within those books is usually thoughtful, building a rhythm. Seeking a mega-sequence across all collections misses the editorial intent of each individual volume, which was the primary way readers experienced them for decades.
