I've spent way too much time digging through the ruins of Bleach fanfiction archives for good Ichigo/Grimmjow stuff, and honestly, the landscape's pretty barren compared to other pairings. A lot of the best stories were on sites that are ghosts now. These days, you're probably gonna have the most luck on Archive of Our Own (AO3) if you filter by the Grimmjow/Ichigo tag and sort by kudos. The tagging system is a lifesaver for finding specific dynamics, even if some authors are a bit... overenthusiastic with tags. Some real gems get buried under fifty-plus relationship tags, though, so patience is a must.
You can still find some classics hanging around on Fanfiction.net, but navigating it is a nightmare. It's like a digital attic full of unfinished fics and author's notes from 2010. I tend to cross-check any promising-looking FFN story on AO3 in case the author migrated and updated it there. Tumblr can be a weird source, too, mostly for headcanons and drabbles, but sometimes people link to their AO3 crossovers from there.
My whole bookmarks tab on AO3 is basically this ship. The filter system is unbeatable for weeding out stuff you don't want. Set it to 'Grimmjow/Ichigo', select 'Crossover' as a category, and maybe exclude 'Major Character Death' if that's not your thing. The collections people make are also a good shortcut to finding curated lists of the best fics, though they're not always up to date. Sometimes the best platform is just following a good author to wherever they post next.
Honestly, I'm gonna go against the grain a bit here. I think the best stuff for this ship often isn't even tagged as a direct crossover? Like, I've found incredible fics that are technically set in one universe but have the other character pop in through some plot device, and they're just better written because the author isn't juggling two entire worlds. You gotta get creative with your search terms. Sometimes the platform is secondary to finding an author who really gets their dynamic—the rivalry, the push-pull—and then just reading everything they've written, even if it's not your usual fandom.
FFN's strength was always the sheer volume, but it's a mess to sift through. AO3's quality control, via kudos and bookmarks, tends to surface the more polished work. The real treasure is finding a writer who's still active, because the comments and community vibe on AO3 can encourage them to write more.

“What am I doing? What were you doing letting another man feel you up?”
“I don’t belong to you. I can let whoever I want to feel me up. Take a hint Declan.”
I ran a hand over her arms and watched as goosebumps rose on her skin. I could smell her arousal, and knew every alpha could too.
I was overwhelmed with the urge to carry her away and lock her up for my eyes only.
I settled for pulling her into me and burying my face into her hair. Her scent drove me crazy. She smelled so sweet, so safe, like home.
“Does his touch make you feel like this? Does his scent make your pussy purr, Maeve?”
She gasped, and I watched, satisfied, as a blush crawled onto her face. Without a word, she had given me my answer. She could deny the way we reacted to each other with her words, but the body didn’t lie.
She wanted me.

One night. One mistake. One bond that will never break.

The possessive alpha he keeps buried slips closer to the surface every time I push back and remind him I don’t belong to anyone.
But bonds don’t care about pride.
And the darker his desire gets, the harder it becomes to tell whether I’m running from him… or provoking him on purpose.
Because the truth is, I never forgot that night either.
And some knots were never meant to be broken.

Leslie Campbell is a young omega who is married to a beta. He is a book enthusiast who became an editor for a successful publishing company and he is assigned to his favorite author, Azrael Mitsuki Bethan, a Japanese American writer who paints the world in white and black.
However, there is one serious problem... Azrael hates omegas especially male omegas.
Leslie is determined to be Azrael's editor but their relationship becomes complicated when forbidden emotions start to develop leaving Leslie in a state to choose between his marriage and his soulmate while Azrael battles with his heart and his conscience.
Heartwarming relationship between the alpha who desires to hate and the omega who knows only how to love.
Man, this pairing has such a wild range. The real good stuff often starts right after Grimmjow almost kills Ichigo in Hueco Mundo. I’m a sucker for the ‘enemies forced into a reluctant alliance’ arc, where maybe Aizen’s threats get worse or something bigger shows up from the Soul Society’s past, and they’ve got no choice but to work together. The slow burn from that seething hatred to a wary truce, and then to something else entirely, is everything. There’s one where they get stranded together in some remote part of the Dangai, and the claustrophobia and forced proximity just crack the whole dynamic open in the best way.
Sometimes I prefer the modern-day aus, though. Give me a coffee shop or a university setting where Grimmjow is the perpetually pissed-off barista or the guy who always steals Ichigo’s favorite study spot. The tension translates so well—that same competitive, aggravating energy but without the life-or-death stakes, letting the weird attraction simmer longer.
It's wild how many 'Bleach' fics treat Ichigo and Grimmjow like they're just fists and snarls. The good ones dig under that. 'Cracks in the Foundation' by Silentium is a standard rec for a reason, but I think it gets lauded more for its fight choreography than its emotional core. The real gut-punchers are the ones that grapple with hollow instinct versus shinigami duty, and what 'victory' even means after Aizen. 'Monster in the Making' does this bleak, slow dissection of possession that's less romance and more horrific symbiosis; it left me unsettled for days.
A less-known one on AO3 is 'Abrasion.' It's all post-war, with Grimmjow as this permanent, abrasive fixture in the Kurosaki clinic. The emotional depth comes from the sheer mundane frustration of it—Ichigo trying to study, Grimmjow breaking things, and this grudging, unspoken understanding building in the silences between explosions. It feels earned, not just declared.
Most of the ichigo and yoruichi stuff seems to congregate on Archive of Our Own. The tagging system over there makes it way easier to filter for specific crossovers, which is clutch because those two characters get dropped into so many different universes. I’ve seen them pop up in everything from 'Naruto' to 'My Hero Academia' fics.
That said, FanFiction.net still has a massive backlog of older stories from the mid-2000s Bleach boom. The search function is kinda trash, but if you're willing to dig, you can find some real classics that never got ported over to newer sites. Wattpad has a younger crowd, so the tone there is very different—more fluff, less angst, usually. I tend to stick to AO3 for the quality and tags, but your mileage may vary depending on what flavor of story you're craving.
then add the 'Crossover' tag. The quality varies wildly, but the sheer volume means there's always something new. I've seen some solid fusions with 'Naruto' or 'Fairy Tail' where Grimmjow's aggression and Ichigo's stubbornness fit right into other shonen worlds.
Sometimes you have to sift through a lot of kink tags and AUs to find a good crossover, but it's worth it when you find an author who really gets the dynamic. My favorite was one where they ended up in the 'Demon Slayer' universe—the clash of Bleach's spiritual pressure with breathing techniques was handled surprisingly well.
