As he struggles along the way, you help him realize that he has worth even when he fails. When he finally succeeds, you help keep his ego in check. The Anomen romance explores ways to challenge toxic masculinity and deal with the incredible pressure that our culture puts on its males. Sure, Anomen is a jerk at times, but he’s also a product of a rather demanding and strict culture, and it’s up to you to help him find his way to either change or peace with himself.

I have always believed that when it comes to novels for teenagers, one can never be too careful when it comes to controlling the content access standards. Most teenagers and young people have not yet developed sufficient discernment, they cannot clearly judge whether the content they come across while scrolling on their phones or open up to read in a book is actually suitable for their age, nor can they assess whether that content will bring any negative impacts to themselves, and they end up engaging with it in a muddled state.

This is more of an Easter Egg than a full story arc. Wyll needs to be in your party for the interactions with Mizora in the story, and then you can’t break the pact in Act 2. You then free her from capture, and after the Iron Throne and Ansur events in Act 3, you simply take a long rest, and she comes to you. The conversation is straightforward after that.

They may even have a less than pristine past. But when they fall in love, they can change. In many cases, it is the love of a woman that helps the man to grow and to change in very positive ways. He may have to learn to trust in order to get close to his love interest. A heroine can also find her own strength in a male-dominated world of motorcycle clubs and culture. She can be strong and independent, and many such females find that they are able to reach within themselves to find inner strength that they never knew that they had. In the motorcycle romance novels that are the best, the relationships can be very messy. But, that is also part of the beauty of them. They can also be passionate. And, yes, on occasion, even a little bit destructive. But, that is part of what makes them so interesting. Because you never know from one moment to the next what is going to happen. You never know when things are going to blow up. This makes for a very exciting read. Examples of such books would include Reaper’s Property by Joanna Wylde, which features a hero who is president of a motorcycle club, and Hell’s Knights by Bella Jewel, which features a post-apocalyptic world where a lone motorcycle-riding knight is on the road alone. So why read motorcycle romance novels? First, they’re about more than a bike. Motorcycle clubs are families and the heroes and heroines of these novels live in a closed community where codes and loyalties are everything. It’s not uncommon for motorcycle romance novels to explore the conflict between a hero’s loyalty to his club and his loyalty to his love interest. Because motorcycle clubs are made up of families, even the language and rituals of MC life enter into the novel. For example, the patches that members wear, their rides, their clubhouses — all of these become part of the fabric of the novel and so become characters in their own right. It’s a unique take on the romance novel and offers a thrilling, adrenaline-fueled alternative to the more traditional office romance or royal marriage plot. Instead of a love that conquers all, these novels portray a love that fights hard to exist in a world where things don’t always go according to plan.

No. That would ruin a lot of great things about the fandom, in my opinion. Every morally ambiguous character needs to be romanced by every protagonist in the story. It's better that way. And there's nothing that says every intense relationship has to end in a kiss. The intense history between Wyll and Mizora is deeply toxic. All of the bitterness and twisted intimacy of their deal is what makes their situation so compelling. Turning it all into a romance would somehow ‘fix’ it all and ruin it. This would also miss the point of a deep, complex, story driven relationship in the game. The relationship with the cambion focusses on a deep story about obligation, regret and reclaiming one’s soul. Turning her into a romanceable character would turn this in to just another villain-banging simulator. It would also clash greatly with the heroic profile of the Blade of Frontiers, Wyll. Can you imagine the hero of the story settling down with a cambion who gets off on the suffering of others? The doors that are not meant to be opened should not be opened. There are plenty of other complex relationships in the game that could be just as interesting, just in different ways.

It would be great to get some insight into the relationship between the protagonist’s daughter and the administrator. It sounds like their relationship is somewhat akin to that of a researcher and a fascinating yet deadly anomaly. There’s a healthy dose of fear and respect, interspersed with an edgy line of awe inspired scientific curiosity, and a very suspiciously intimate nature, born from long periods of close study and attempt to contain. No, it wouldn’t be romantic by any stretch. Rather she watches him, and he continually defies her. An interesting, even strange, cosmic-scale game of cat and mouse that they play. And it seems they’re mutually dependent as well.

The polyamory option is very specific and needs to be completed in a very specific order, mostly following the drow twins in Act 3. As opposed to other true throuples, this is a one time, very consensual arrangement. Trying to continue two full romances without this trigger will eventually blow up in your face.

Sosiel’s portrayal of a healthy, adult relationship in a fantasy setting is just superb. Yes, there is conflict here: family, faith, war. But it’s all external. You and your partner are a team against the world, not against each other. There is no jealousy, no misunderstandings for the sake of drama. Instead, we see support. We see the one calm port in the other’s storm. We see him painting and she having a meal. This is a story of a couple sharing the simple things in life. And in a genre that is so often concerned with the terrible traumas that a character must have endured before they even arrive on the page, the happy (well, okay, not happy exactly, but contented) love story of Sosiel and his partner is a radical and very welcome shift. That a good story doesn’t have to involve angst is a wonderful thing to see realized. Simply watching two good people treat each other well is very engaging.

Installing this mod changes the tone of your game, adds new scenes and changes interactions with certain characters. Note that this does not modify your save game in any way; it simply loads in a different story module for you to play through. As a result of installing this, you are no longer playing through the standard heroic journey, and are instead treated to a far darker and twisted tale of power and corruption. This is one of the most interesting choices that the game has to offer, and whether or not the consequences of installing this are good or not depends entirely on the type of story you are trying to experience. To me, this is good.
