“If the dome keeps them out much longer, they’ll get restless.” Restless Grenons meant danger. Each one was three times the size of a Draynor dragon with longer horns, heavier bone plates, and a temper to match their size. They didn’t shift. They were dragons, in the most primal sense. Cain adjusted his arm bracer. “Then let’s not keep them waiting.” The two walked toward the lift that led to the dome roof access. The lift opened into the observation platform built just under the biodome’s curved surface. The glass shimmered with protective runes, some ancient, some new.

, he chuckled at that, “We need to scatter around and gather more of these if we are lucky we might meet with an elder dragon” *** They sat across each other, pamphlets scattered about before them. “There’s no way in hell these people have a dragon”, Dragomir said. “How can you tell?” "This is a very sleazy depiction of a dragon, this green-looking beast is nothing close to what an actual dragon looks like”, he wrapped the paper and tossed it to the wall behind Raisel, a little bit above her head. “Well, there's no harm in actually trying, we just need to check the dates…"

I was the lowest-born black serpent in the Serpent Clan, yet the Dragon Court's most honored crown prince chose me as his bride. He gave up his betrothal to my sister, surrendered his place as heir, and walked away from the Dragon Court for me. I was moved beyond words and became his wife. But after I gave birth to only a black serpent, he flew into a rage. He crushed our baby beneath his foot, then killed me with a single strike of his sword. As I was dying, I saw hatred burning in his eyes. "If I'd known you were this useless, I should've married your sister!" Only then did I learn the truth. I was the woman of fate named in the Dragon Court's forbidden book, the one born with primord

I asked in disbelief. “That's a dragon secret,” Drago said and I looked at him with a frown. “Our scales have healing properties of their own, among them are anti-inflammatory properties. That's why we don't seek medical help in our dragon form unless we're seriously injured.” “Wow.” I looked at the cup of tea and finished drinking it all. I felt much better and helped clean up the remains of dirty junk in the kitchen, then we went out as Connor came in with three birds holding leaves for contraceptive tonic.

By dragon law, I need to have one in the next five years if I want to continue my rule, if I do not produce one, my insane brother could try to claim the throne, and no one would want that. I am a full dragon and with that, I need to be even more careful. Half breeds: that is what the council wants. That is what is safe. Half noble human and half dragon are what bloodlines are supposed to be made of when royalty breeds. When two full-blood royal dragons mate, you risk health issues along with the possibility of mental instability…. Like what happened with my twin brother Sanderson and me. We were born from the same egg, we look identical, but are nothing alike… he should be locked up in an i

Her hands were clenched at her sides, her dark red nails trembling faintly as she fought to contain her anger. Opposite her, Dragon leaned casually against an antique wooden desk, his cold gray eyes gleaming with cunning. He wore a black shirt with the top buttons undone, revealing a glimpse of his tattooed chest, and dark trousers complemented by a leather belt with a gleaming silver buckle. His silver watch caught the faint light, and his tousled black hair gave him an air of unrestrained danger. "Enough, Dragon!" Jenny exclaimed, her voice choked as her luminous eyes radiated fury. "Can't you stop your ridiculous games for just one moment?!"

Dude #2 yelled back suddenly. “Guys, we have no choice, we either do this or die when we go home, and if we run.. he’ll find us” dude#3 said. Unable to handle the truth of what awaits them, he started walking away from the other guys. ‘Sapphire, what are these guys?’ I asked my dragon, uncertain of their different scents. ‘That’s a delta dragon, gamma dragon and warrior dragon. That gamma dragon is the highest ranking one, deltas are like healers and warriors are obviously warriors,’ she laughed at me, making my fists clenched slightly.

, he replied gravely. The confirmation did not surprise me. However, things were not adding up. Usually, she-dragons would go into heat once she found her mate. Dragons went into heat only once a year and their pregnancies were longer than those of all shifters – 12 months in fact. However, unlike most creatures, including humans, they only started showing in month nine and fully developed a dragon child in the last three months. Now, Emma was a daughter of the First Human too, and there were no shifters like her, none like her and her brother existed before. So, all we know about dragons, especially she-dragons and their reproductive cycles, may or may not apply to her.

Ember’s hands had gone in instinctual protection to cradle the evidence of her pregnancy and her eyes met his in shared distress. Salamen’s words had truth behind them, Samuel acknowledged to himself as he crossed to stand with Ember, putting his arm around her, but he would never let Ember know of it. “We dragons have had multiple births this season,” he told the assembled dragons. “More than every season preceding it for decades. Across multiple bloodlines. Ember is right. Whilst the corporeal forms of the Goddess and Gods have disappeared from our world, and their descendants are under attack, the fact that dragons are seeing an increase is a sign that we are meant to fight this. The time

"Alright. It's something I should have learned long before now anyway." "Actually, you didn't really need to know about it before now. Dragons hit sexual maturity at 21, and you've only recently turned 21. As for having children, all I know is that when a dragon gets pregnant, it takes them three months to lay the egg and that a week before due, it's impossible to stay in human form in order to have the egg. Also, female dragons can only have five children in their life and only one child at a time. So it's impossible for a dragon to get pregnant again for the next five years after having an egg."
