The Rogue King's Surrogate 소설 & 이야기

He tore him apart with his bare hands in front of everyone. Kael became king, although they were still controversies surrounding his true paternity and that was how he earned the name the bastard Alpha. He doesn't care. Didn't even bother to correct the rumours. In fact, he wears it like an armour. it was befitting and better. Let them talk. Let them be afraid. That way they would know never to mess with him. "Did you find any woman from the Royal family who is willing to marry me?" He asked, turning to face Damon.

4. King of the Bratva Rogue's POV I sat across from one of my old enemies, Rocco Elsionè, sipping from the glass of my drink. My boys thought he was here for a fight and got excited. After all, it has been two whole months since we last used our weapons and smelled the delicious scent of blood on our fingers. But the fucker didn't come with the intent to fight. No one would dare if you ask me. 'No one but you.' My wolf, Clover, claimed. 'Only you've got the lunatic bone in your body that makes you invade others' territories and instigate them for a conflict.'

As I walk around the great room, it's obvious that certain packs in particular are missing- the Rogue packs. Instead of having different alphas for every pack, they are all run by a king who calls himself "King of the Rogues." I can't help but roll my eyes, anybody who chooses to go by that name probably has a bigger ego than Caleb. Nobody knows what he looks like since few have ever lived after encountering him, his reputation violent and messy. He never shows up to these events despite receiving the invitations. Most alphas would prefer him as a business partner rather than an enemy.

“Oh really? Well, I'm willing to work with you to overthrow Alpha Kaelan but you have to assure me that I will continue to be the Supreme Luna.” “You have our words.’ “Okay, what if he chooses another mate and crowns her the Supreme Luna when he ascends the throne? What then would be my fate?” “Then we would have him overthrown and have Marcus installed.” The Rogues continued to have me entertained. First, they've made themselves kingmakers and they're stupidly telling me their plans. “Alright.” I turned to one of them, “So who's your leader?” A disheveled looking rogue stepped forward,—his hair unkempt, his clothing tattered. His sharp, predatory eyes stared into mine, with defensive body l

I wanted to see my grandpups grow up. I could not dwell on the what ifs. For now, I needed to continue researching. How do you find a Rogue King? From the sounds of it the Rogue King is similar to an Alpha in our world. He leads the rogues. But as Adam keeps reminding me, rogues are not an organized group. So how does a Rogue King actually draw the rogues to themself?

Rex sighed, “No one can defeat a member of the royal family except another royal family member. I suspect there are other royals alive besides you.” Tom nodded in agreement, “I agree.” “Why?” “Remember? Rogues aren’t supposed to be able to organize themselves and act together,” Rex explained. “Someone must have led them to do such a thing, but who could lead them? Only royal family members would have the presence to force a rogue to obey as every wolf has an instinct to obey the royal family.” Arthur was surprised, and he wondered if he should feel happy. Did that mean that he might still have a brother or sister living somewhere? Maybe Owen was his brother.

I thought that with phoenix back, I could protect the pack without thinking of the decision-making aspect. Darted worriedly. What if I fail to make a good decision in the near future. I might've proven myself worthy of the position, but I could also prove myself unworthy with any slight mistake. Besides, I had never been a ruler before, I had no idea how it was being one. I was practically just following my instincts for now, but the more I sat down to think about it, the more worried I became.

“This bond will not cage you. It will not weaken you. And it will never be rejected.” I swallowed. “You don’t know that.” “I do,” he said. “Because I am not a pack Alpha.” My wolf stirred, suddenly alert. “What are you, then?” I whispered. “King.” The word echoed in my mind. Not just any king. The Rogue King. The ruler of the borderlands. The one whispered about in fear and awe. The Alpha who bowed to no council and no Goddess—except one. My knees weakened. “Impossible,” I breathed.

"Alpha please...I didn't mean to. It was a mistake, a thought that should've never popped up in my head. Your father...y-your father he..." Xavier growl, the sound so threatening that even Celia felt intimidated. "Alpha I swear, it won't ever happen again...spare m—" Xavier didn't listen for much longer, his teeth sunk right into Alex's neck, blood running wild on the earth again. Beneath him, the man cried out, teeth clenching as he proceeded to speak. "It'd be...It'd be better for me n-not to d-die pitiful...I'll tell y-you what you a-are k-k-king." His breaths weren't shallow, they were deep and desperate, almost like he was fighting to breathe, fighting to speak. "You're just like her, g

Like I did for Alpha Blade, King OG, and many others, they were very smart and great rulers, and indeed they showed their greatness through their wisdom, as they were wise enough to abandon their respective pack and kingdoms and run very far away before I got to them, sparing their miserable lives. Of course, I did the same for Alpha Alexandra, but the thing is, he is a very, very proud white wolf, who doesn't think before he strikes. He's not one to abandon his pack and run away for any reason, talk more of running away from an omega he defeated and banished for weakness many years ago. When my messengers got to his pack house to deliver my message to him, they said to him, "We have a messa
