A delicate taste
I put my head back and tried to think of a way to leave this place.
“There is one way, witch.”
“Please, just leave me alone. You have caused enough damage already,” I replied, when I heard the door open and I stood up to approach the gates. Draven was walking down the stairs, looking at me as if he was looking at an enemy.
“Draven, you have to get me out of here,” I said.
“I won’t be getting you out of here, Serena. They warned you not to touch that book, not to touch anything in that room, but you had to go and do it. Your curiosity won,” he said, making me walk away from the gate.
