Anything But Porcelain

Anything But Porcelain

She turned on Cry Pretty by Carrie Underwood and sang it “I'm sorry, but I'm just a girl…Not usually the kind to show my heart to the world…I'm pretty good at keepin' it together…I hold my composure, for worse or for better….So I apologize, if you don't like what you see….But sometimes my emotions get the best of me…And fallin' apart is as human as it gets…You can't hide it…You can't fight…what the truth is…You can pretty lie…And say it's okay…You can pretty smile…And just walk away…Pretty much fake your way through anything…But, you can't cry pretty…Oh no, you can't dress it up in lace or rhinestones…Don't matter if you're in a crowd or home all alone…Yeah, it's all the same when you're loo

This book is by far one of the best books I have read on here. Many laughs and many, many tears. I recommend this book to anyone who loves a strong female lead along with supernatural entities. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Wonderful book though there are gruesome and painful torturous moments but the main lead is a brave, strong, kind hearted, positive and loving lady. Her positive outlook and disposition is commendable. Plenty of twist, hope, love lovely moments then psin real painful to read.. Hope for more lovely b

And I also didn't want to be put on the spot. When she left, I sent a photo to the group chat I have with Theo and the rest. It wasn't one of the selfies I took of us. It was just the one of August, looking at the fireworks. Her face illuminated the different display of colors– wide eyed, smiling and beautiful.

Home At Last

Home At Last

All my certainty from before suddenly turned into a blade aimed at my own chest. I fled the courtyard in humiliation, heading for the peach grove in the back—my favorite spot, where I'd hoped to find some small comfort. Instead, I found the servants swinging shovels, hacking at the roots of the peach trees. One worker, hesitating with a saw in hand, asked uncertainly, "Did Mr. Hartwell really order this? I remember—he had these trees shipped all the way from Sovelle City ten years ago, just to make Madam Elena happy."

>Why don't you turn the music on instead? I sent out to her and I saw her lip quirk in a smirk before turning to her phone that was plugged to the portable speakers. Just as the familiar tune of Be Your Everything by Boys Like Girls but it was a cover by some girl that Madison likes filled the air, I saw familiar wolves and cars pull up and doors slamming shut before footsteps made their way towards the yard and Preston looked up with confused eyes. I made my way towards him in slow strides making him frown even more We used to say

I only knew who they were by scent because I didn’t bother to look in their direction. That doesn’t stop me either though as I put my claws at his stomach and slowly dig in, “Maybe you’re the one who should watch the way you talk to a Turned wolf,” my claws slip deeper and deeper but he doesn’t so much as flex his abs. “Especially when you have no information on them,” he still doesn’t move an inch the whole time as I retract my claws and scape upwards a bit. I didn’t go too deep, he’ll heal in seconds from what I’ve learned from Star.

The role you made me play Of the fool, no, I don’t like you,” I barely registered someone running up the stairs, but I kept singing: “But I got smarter I got harder in the nick of time Honey, I rose up from the dead I do it all the time,” I finished the last “Look what you just made me do” from the final chorus when one of my mom’s favorites when she’s really angry came to my mind. “Play ‘Having A Blast’ by Green Day!” I shouted into the microphone. When nobody moved, I keyed it into youtube, and started to jump to the beat. “I'm takin' all you down with me Explosives duct taped to my spine Nothing's gonna change my mind I won't listen to anyone's last words

I turned on the air conditioner and turned up the music. “Hey, bro don't you normally wear a tie? What? Did you lose it?” “Hm? Oh! No. someone stole it.” “Heh heh heh was she pretty?” “Sexy smile, body, and personality.” I looked out the window as my face burned in response. I’m going to die.

~ He's the kind of bad I can't resist ~ POV: GABRIELLA BROOKS "Kiss me and fuck me till i pass outttt" I sang along to one of the girls by the weekend and Jennie as I did the dishes. I was in a good mood the whole day and I kept on cleaning the whole apartment, i was doing a deep clean. Not like it was needed but damn, I was doing it just for the sake of doing it.

Never Mine To Love

River's POV. I didn’t want to think. Not tonight. So I did what I always did when my mind got too loud—cranked the music up until it filled every corner of Aunt Lydia’s kitchen. Taylor Swift’s voice blasted through the speakers, singing Cruel Summer like it was written just for me. The beat pulsed through my veins, drowning out thoughts I wasn’t ready to sit with. Aunt Lydia arched an eyebrow as she chopped tomatoes. "You know, when I said help me with dinner, I didn’t expect a full concert."

Last Year Of High School

I pushed the thoughts out of my mind and turned on the radio. I tuned the radio to get some music playing. After a while, 'Perfect' by Ed Sheeran began playing. That was the song that played while we danced under the stars. I turned the radio off, it seems I have a long way to go to forget about Javier. √√
