***SINCLAIR'S POV*** I've been moody for the last six days without Summer at home and everyone knows it. I've tried to track down what happened at the hospital but Matteo said it seems like records on Summer were erased and the files burnt out. He searched on Summer Remmington and nothing came up. Nothing for real. A bloody human with no traces of existence. Whatever is going on with Summer isn't good and I need to find her. I am in my office at work and again, I don't think I can function well with everything I am facing and whatnot, so I close my computer.

Anywhere I can reach. I don’t want this summer to end.

Gambino joined in, clinking glasses with his son. "To your future success." I lifted my own glass, meeting Tony's gaze. "To your peace and happiness," I said. "May everything in your life go your way." Tony smiled, touched his glass to mine, and drank it all in one go. "Thank you, Scarlett. I hope you keep walking your own path. Even when everything fades and falls apart, may you always shine." As I watched the family laughing together around the table, the last of my old obsession finally released its hold on me. The world was wide open now, and I was ready to meet it—free and unafraid.

Another date with Vincent?” my mother asked. “No, I and Serena are off to the beach, we want to spend some time together before the wedding and we are opening the gallery again soon so I am looking for inspirations on what to paint” I told them. “You know I can always be your muse, my face is perfect to be displayed in a gallery” my sister said

I look out the window and my stomach drops when he begins backing out of the driveway. I don't know what I was expecting, or why my stomach dropped when he backed out and left… Without me… He's never done that. He's never left the house without me, at least not before checking to see if I wanted to go with him. My chest tightens painfully, and so does my throat; it feels like it's closing in on itself. My eyes sting as they fill with tears, and my chest stutters. I slowly back away from the door, realizing whatever there was between us is completely gone, including our friendship. I destroyed it all just like that…

“He left these for you. Whether you read them or not is your choice.” After a long silence, my hands trembled slightly as I opened the envelope. I had expected pages of words, but the will contained only one request a few short lines. He had donated all of his blood to me. “Summer, you once said that if I ever betrayed you, you’d make sure I would never see you again. Now, it seems we truly will never meet again. Since you hate me so much, then you’d better live a long life.” Tears began to blur my vision.

♡♡HAYDEN'S POV♡♡ It’s been a week and five days. My life without Summer. I never imagined it would be this hard. But it was harder than I cared to admit. “Ernesto.” “Yes, Boss.” “How many went out?” “You scheduled three before breakfast. That’s… clinically a lot. I’m at her dorm now.” “Status on the roommate.” “She’s taking everything in.” I sighed. Summer had refused to step out of her room in the past days. Since she had also refused to answer any of my calls or texts, Celeste still made herself the witness who kept the door between us despite her protests.
