Sadie and I have been in Baker now for two months. Going by the names Katie and Nick. Sadie turns eighteen in three days. It’s hard to believe that she is seven months pregnant, but her stomach grows every day. I got a job right away and Sadie wanted to do something besides stay at home all day. I found a way for us to have all the legal documents we would need to become Nick and Katie. Sadie went and decided that she wanted to go and take some classes during the day. Sadie wants to become a counselor to help people. She never really had someone to help her and she wanted people to know she could help.

At first glance, Annie's eyes lit up with admiration. Seeing the attractive man before her, Annie's interest was immediately piqued. The young man accompanying her felt jealous and said, "Annie, if I wore that outfit, I'd look even better than him." However, Annie completely ignored his comment and walked straight to Chase. "Hey, handsome. Let's get to know each other. I'm Annie, the third daughter of the Kayden family. What's your name?" she said confidently, extending her delicate hand. In Capital City, no one had ever dared reject her invitation. Everyone knew that becoming her new companion meant having whatever they desired.

It did not deter William, however, as he continued to follow him, fueled with curiosity. He saw that Yoshua stopped before a small room outside, where a paralyzed girl was in bed. William halted. “Yoshua, this…” he trailed off gently. The girl in bed saw William standing in front of her door, and her eyes seemed to glow. Yoshua looked at his granddaughter and said, “She’s my granddaughter, and her name is Annie. She’s suffering from late-stage kidney failure, and her hands and legs were amputated.” Annie was in bed every day. There was no word to describe it.

It was obvious, both of them were hell-bent on getting Zayn! Anabelle stepped forward and crossed her arms, her honey brown eyes dilating. " Yes. This will be the key to getting what I want. Zayn will surely regret what he did to me today! I will make him cry for my love, our love!" Her face darkened, and she cracked her fingers slowly! ***** Anita walked around the unknown community. Her face was solemn and sharp, as her eyes scanned the whole community, with her hands clasped together behind her.

After the meeting, Adam was trying to sort out some office work when Annie walked in and said, "Where have you been? You look tired; Is work that stressful? Thank God I don't get to do all of that." Annie, who is Adam's childhood friend, has never worked in her entire life. She was pampered while growing up being an only child, so she is a spoiled brat who gets whatever she wants. The fashion company which she is heading was given to her by her father, and she had no idea on how to run it. Her basic routine was to go to work once a week and look around. Life was sweet for her that way. The only thing she hadn’t gotten which she desperately desired was Adam, her dream being to be his wife.

However, Annie's demeanor and warm smile quickly dispelled any reservations. "Don't worry; I just want to help you prepare dinner. May I join in?" Annie spoke sincerely, her face radiating purity and sincerity. Keelin, impressed by Annie's willingness, nodded in agreement. She gently asked Annie to prepare a truffle mushroom dish for dinner, and Annie eagerly got to work, surprising Keelin with her efficiency.

"Like my wife said, we're happy to be here and are very grateful to be welcomed in such a good manner. As most of you know, I am Basha Siromani, and this is our daughter, Annabelle Ameera Siromani." Annabelle looked sort of annoyed when her dad called her Ameera but she covered it immediately. I wondered why, Ameera is a cute name. That was when I was able to take a good look at her. To say she looked stunning would be an understatement. Unlike the other girls, she wore something simple. It was just a plain navy blue dress that reached her ankles. Her jewelry wasn't shiny and she didn't have her glasses on. Annabelle gave a small wave and smiled after her dad introduced her.

“What is even happening? Why am I dressing like I’m going to prom? Is Alpha hosting a Met Gala? The maids said nothing. They started unpacking the dresses. Annie sat on her dressing couch, rubbed her belly, sighing. “And you… It's time you stop sulking and talk to me… I'm really gonna need some moral support today for whatever this is…” She looked at her stomach expecting to hear her baby's tiny voice but nothing.

About to reached for his phone again, when the doorbell was rung. Annie stood under the shower allowing the tears to stream down her face. It was really the first time that she really allowed herself to grieve for her family. Turning off the water she reached for a towel that barely covers her frame. As she steps out of the bathroom, she discovered a pair of simple cotton shorts and a nice t-shirt.
