I smell bleach. BOLA!!!!

“I have really screwed up now, haven’t I?” Yes, you have. My wolf doesn’t cut me any slack and lets me know that I’ve messed up. Hopefully, it’s not beyond repair. “I know that, so you don’t have to tell me, wolf.” My attention turns back to the task at hand as I search through the cabinets for something to clean the blood up. The only thing I find is a gallon of bleach under the sink. It will probably be enough to clean the living room, but that is all it would cover. There just isn’t enough, and it’s not like we are close to a store or anything to get more.

Black countertops and black wood cabinets looked lovely with the almost pearlescent white tiles in the kitchen. The floors were a grey wood, the entirety of the apartment had it, even the bedrooms. Only broken up by the occasional rug that we’d picked out. The furniture was a mix of light wood tones and white. I told Emmett it would be impractical since we were going to make a forever home here, and if he were to have pups, white was a dumb move. He assured me that it was stain proof and kid proof according to the site. He’d even gotten a swatch and tested it with multiple things. I said quietly. With that, I picked up my toothbrush and toothpaste and brushed my teeth. When I was done, I washed my face with water and walked toward the shower. A sigh left my lips as the cold water ran down my body, making me feel good. Washing my body, I closed my eyes slowly, then turned off the shower before stepping out. With a smile, I grabbed my towel and wrapped it around my body. Walking out of the bathroom with my clothes, a scream left my lips when I saw Ace standing there. "What are you doing here?" I asked with a frown.

I smiled, “This is so awesome.” Daniel furrowed his brows, “Why?” I smiled, “White Cedar. A wood that is in high demand. It’s a beautiful color and matches just about any décor. I think I will ask her to just give it a couple coats of polyurethane for protection.” Jace, Tony, Angela and Lacey walked in and Lacey was bouncing as she approached me, “I’m so excited for you. Have you looked out front?” I shook my head, “Not yet.” She smiled, “It’s a long line.” I smiled, “Then let’s get ready to let them in.”

"It's bad. I think maybe if I open the windows and air it out, it might help some, but there's no question that it's going to take some bleach, too. Lots of bleach." Jenny nodded slowly. "Okay. So . . . we need bleach. And vinegar and baking soda." At my questioning glance, she explained, "It's good for cleaning sinks and showers and toilets. Great for deodorizing, too." She looked back at my car. "It's not furnished, is it?"

“And can I tear some of these up to use as rags?” “Sure,” he says with a little smile. “And do you have vinegar?” “Vinegar?” “For the floors. Using ammonia on them will destroy this beautiful wood.” “I’ll check,” he says, sounding amused. I don’t know how he manages it, but less than an hour later he returns with a bucket of warm water and a bottle of vinegar. He looks slightly flushed and is a little out of breath, but I don’t ask any questions. Instead, I shoo him out of the cabin so I can get the cleaning done.

Hunter returned, holding a plastic mixing bowl in one hand and an application brush in the other. Inside the bowl was a frothy blue mixture that reeked of chemicals strong enough to make my eyes water. I recoiled slightly, nose wrinkling as I waved a hand in front of my face. “What the hell is that?” I asked, eyeing the suspicious concoction like it might come alive and eat me. He smirked, setting the bowl down on the vanity in front of me. “Powdered bleach. Gotta lighten your hair first so the pink sticks better. Otherwise, you’ll just end up with a muddy mess.”

It felt good to rid my mouth of everything that happened last night — from the alcohol to the nasty puke and the usual overnight smell. I watched through the mirror as Ace entered the bathroom without a care in the world. He retrieved his toothbrush and added toothpaste to it the same way I did. There was only one sink in the bathroom, though, so he situated himself behind me and looped one arm around my midriff while using the other hand to brush his teeth.

I took advantage of his momentary unbalance as he rubbed his eyes, knowing that I only had a second. I unscrewed the cap from the bleach bottle and threw the contents at him, causing him to scream out in pain as bleach covered his face and hair. I grabbed the broom and, finding sudden strength, rammed my foot into the wooden handle, breaking it in half.
