Strings of Fate

Strings of Fate

I raise an eyebrow. “We’re meant to be working, that does not seem like it would result in good work focus.” I object. Bellamy just pulls me down and settles me onto his lap. “Sure it will, I’m way more relaxed and focussed when I know exactly where you are. Besides, there are two of us, so twice the focus right?” I turn and give him a look that says I definitely think there is something dodgy in that logic, but he’s already opening up his emails. He opens the first one and reads it out to me. It’s written by one of the Shifter women, a mother who is concerned that her youngest son still seems to be having some difficulties shifting back and forth. She insists

I read all the comments before I start reading a book. With the number positive reviews, I was honestly waiting to be disappointed. I'm very happy to say that it is one of my favorite reads now. I was hooked from the first chapter. Loved it, well done dear Author <3

Seriously one of the best books on this app! The author has a way with stringing different characters' stories together (pun intended, I guess) and made me laugh, gush, and keep me on the edge of my seat.

JAYSON'S POV (Continued) I quickly move away from there, and by the time I take my eyes to where I saw Cherry last, i can't find her anymore. I sigh and move to the wine area, picking up some expensive ones and moving to the cutlery area located close to the wine area, I pick some really expensive mugs, wine glasses and carefully put them in my trolley to avoid them from breaking. I'm about leaving the area, but turning left I collide with someone moving straight towards me, and if not for my strong composure, I would have fallen.

Shadow Hunter

Shadow Hunter

Aaron called from the front. "We've got company!" I yelled back, feeling the familiar kick of adrenaline pump through my veins. The car lurched forward and the new bulb slipped from my fingers, shattering on the fast moving ground below. Losing a bulb was almost as bad as losing a man and I'd be kicking myself for it later, but for now, I had a Shadow Man to dispose of.

The Gladiator Wolf King - Book 3

The Gladiator Wolf King - Book 3

Mathias says looking at Damon as if to say ‘where is this going? “Ok, yeah, I’ll give you that. But, the other thing that makes us different is our abilities; it is widely known that shifters have a larger access to their brain capacity, thus allowing us to communicate with our wolves as well as mind-linking, speak telepathically.” He shifts from foot to foot, “Now bear with me, this thing, it’s exactly what Finnegan said it was, an inhibitor. However, this little piece of genius work doesn’t work on humans or anyone who doesn’t have a counterpart.” He smiles at the tiny metal object he’s holding between his fingers and you cannot miss his excitement over this

Traci Williams
There is too much to write about this story to write a review in 300 characters. I highly recommend this book, but start with the Delta’s Daughter if you haven’t already started there. Stout had me on a roller coaster of feelings with this one. I can’t wait to read the next one!

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.

Bow Echo

Bow Echo

With its muscles tensing, the shifter growled yet again. “Growl all you want, but if you jump at me again, I’m going to free this arrow. It may not be silver, but it will hurt like hell and knock you on your ass. When you get back up, I’ll have a silver one ready. This time, I’ll aim for between the eyes,” Zephyra told him, going again with her bluff like a boss technique. She didn’t have a single piece of silver on her. Now that it was pretty much illegal to carry or wear anything silver one would be hard-pressed to find it. The shifter didn’t move a muscle for several minutes. Finally, with a snort in her direction, it turned

The Tyrant alpha

The Tyrant alpha

Uncle Alban covers a snort at the foot of the table with his napkin. I plow ahead with talking point number four. “Shifters are cooperative by nature, so we’re able to implement change quickly. We pivot quickly, too.” “Pivoting” is high value in the current marketplace according to my Human Business Jargon instructor. Alban exhales gustily, blowing out his jowly cheeks. Mr. Shah glances his way. I grit my back teeth. I guess we’re going to have the usual family debate in front of our human guests.

Shifters Temptation

Shifters Temptation

The trouble is, she hasn't shifted often enough in recent years. To stay nimble, shifters must shift back and forth as nature calls. A shifter who stays too long in beast form, will forget how to become human again, and vice versa. Living with Minette, her hafling granddaughter who never manifested as a shifter, she wasn't able to run wild as often as she'd like. Especially when they were hiding in cities. Now, weak, hungry, and injured, it is even harder to call up the magic. Remember. Remember what it's like. She thinks about her first shift at puberty, the joy of chasing her sister through the

Northstar Heir's Scarred Mate

Northstar Heir's Scarred Mate

Her parents must have been arguing over the color. Her mom nodded. “It felt like we should give a warning.” Her stomach twisted in entirely new knots. “A warning for what?” Rather than answering, Martina said, “I don’t understand your point-of-view. You should want humans to control the planet. Shifters should be shoved out or completely eradicated because they pose a risk to us. If you’re pro-shifter, you’re anti-human.” She rolled her eyes and shook her head. “It’s nothing as simple as that, and you know it.”

Take Me Back: The Alpha's Regret

Take Me Back: The Alpha's Regret

The shifter yelled, gnawing her teeth in rage now. "Now you're talking, huh? Just so you know you have no right to ask," I roared in a stern voice. The shifter tried to squirm free from my hold, eyes glinting defiantly as she grunted out, "Put me down now. Let me go, please." My soft laugh floated in the air. “You think your little outburst will keep me out from you, mi lady?”

Pretty good book with MANY ups and downs and new plot twists. Some loose ends never tied up, and a ton of incorrect pronoun usage in sentences or using the wrong character name that can make it hard to follow. Definitely want to see an epilogue to maybe close the loop on some side stories.
Bollygal
I loved the ending, but it was a bit rushed. I was hoping for some extra chapters, a bonus, or an epilogue. Is there going to be a book 2? I don't want to give anything away. But the ending seems incomplete. We need more, please!!!

Shadow

Closing my eyes I try to focus on turning into her. “Come on” I beg taking a peak I realize I’m catching up to the van “Please please please I need you” I whisper. “Shadow needs you” I plead squeezing the steering wheel Feeling myself getting weak I desperately try to keep my grip on the wheel so we don’t crash. Seeing splotches of black in my eyesight I start to smile 'Thank you' I quietly say before everything goes black Obsidian POV: Finally Getting a grip on the steering wheel I swerve the car into the last lane so it's directly behind the van.
