BLAIR

BLAIR

“The robes’ colour is dark so it’s hard to tell but this guy definitely just got stabbed or something. Look, there’s a tear here. He got attacked from the front.” “Oh, but what exactly happened to him?” Cecilia asked. Matthew threw the robes away. “The answer must lie inside this book.” Matthew flipped through the pages. “But we can’t understand it.” “Yeah, that’s the problem. But from the sketches, there’s a lot of things about chemistry or alchemy and theories about a lot of things that I don’t understand either. We’ll take this up to the others. Maybe they know.” Matthew closed the book and took it into his hand.

Her Reversed Time

Her Reversed Time

he answered. He stood up and left the trial hall, leaving me with the alchemist man who was actually waiting for the nobles to leave. "Greetings to the future moon of the Sylvestre Empire, I am an Alchemist who was assigned to conduct the investigation about the incident." He bowed and after raising his head, his expression darkened while looking straight at my direction. I crossed my legs and elegantly rest my chin on my palm. "You've been looking at me since you entered the trial hall," I said.

The Chronicles of Wolves and Fire

The Chronicles of Wolves and Fire

I’m all but taking notes about what they’re saying, and no one seems to think to filter themselves in front of me. "Almera is adamant that the female alchemist is in this area," Ethan said. "Are you sure she knew about the princess?" Kain asked as he surveyed the cabin. "Yes, Almera says the female alchemist was chased out of the town east of here for accidentally setting fire to a crop field when they tried to burn her at the stake. People were irritated because she refused to accept her punishment."Kain almost smirks, and his eyes lock with mine as I smile a cocky, reminiscing smile.

“Or when we bring ‘em here alive until they’re dead.” “Ok, folks. I asked her a question and I am still waiting for an answer,” said Nesryn as her intense look bore into me. I contemplated my answer. “Alchemy,” I said. “In my realm… in ancient times… there had been many alchemists who laid the foundation for modern chemistry and medical science. I read about it in one such book called ‘Alchemy of light’,” I said, maintaining eye-contact with her. “Hmm? Isn’t alchemy ours?” Cedric asked with a confused pout.

Updates are really slow. I couldn’t remember story line completely and had to go back and read several chapters to get back up to speed. Please update regularly. It’s a really good story and losing the audience due to delayed updates is a shame.

Like other comments, loved the storyline and characters BUT updates are extremely slow. So slow that I had to go back and reread the last couple of chapters before reading new material. Won’t continue story if next update takes so long.

Fated to My Brother in-law, The Lycan King

Fated to My Brother in-law, The Lycan King

I completed, "Tea that Seraphina continued giving to Reine even when she was sick." Cassandra shrugged, "The chemicals are so rare that even the alchemist begged if he could keep it. He made it part of the payment for his services." "If they are that rare, how did Seraphina get her hands on them? A lot of them." "The elves," Cassandra whispered. "Sorry?" "The Dark elves." She muttered, "That's what the alchemist told me," "Are you sure?" "They have a good number of alchemists and so, have a lot of rare compounds that seemed rare to the world. Thinking about it," Cassandra shuddered, "Those vile creatures are the only one capable of creating products to chemically induce leukemia,"

The Hidden Princess At All-Boys Alpha Academy

The Hidden Princess At All-Boys Alpha Academy

There, I climb into bed with it, digging into my sandwich as I simultaneously open my Chemistry book, getting started where I left off this morning. The material is fascinating to me, thank goodness. I mean, I’ve studied chemistry before, but as I work my way through our assigned chapters I realize that this text has been specifically designed for precisely the kind of chemical study that an assassin might need. I frown for a moment but am ultimately unsurprised when I flip to the front of the book, looking for the author’s name. I find it, immediately under the title. Dr. Francis Neumann. I laugh, shaking my head – of course he wrote it, just for us.

Excellent storyline. Ending lacking completion. The last chapter was rushed skipped a year in the timeline. Very disappointing. Same with Julie's story. That said will the other stories be written, Rafe's, Jesse's $ Mark's?

I am really really enjoying this book! Initially, I wasn’t too keen on the double fated mates premise, but as I keep reading it all comes together. I love how exciting the story unfolds. All the characters, the smart funny banter, the friendships, character growth, and story development is awesome!

Sun's Long Journey

Sun's Long Journey

He had heard about it, always from his family. "Researchers are the men who have studied a lot" he said, noticing a hint of amusement in the man's smile. He thought he had said something wrong, but the minstrel's gesture of assent made him change his mind. He relaxed his shoulders, returning to listen carefully. "Among them, there was a particular boy. He had very white skin, and black hair as pitch" he raised his hand, interrupting any kind of intervention by the child "yes, he was an Alchemist. But he didn't know he was. They had picked him up from a street, in the middle of summer, and had looked after him with kindness."

Code of Seduction

Code of Seduction

She startled. Siena knew The Alchemist was a fiction story written by Paulo Coelho, one of Adalfo’s and her favorite books. The story was about a boy who went on an adventure to find treasure. In his journey, the boy found many more precious things, including finding his true love. However, at the end, he managed to find his treasure in a place he had never thought of. “What does it mean, Grandpa?” she complained. She broke the code, but why didn’t it tell her anything about the location of the third asset?

Professor Durant started to laugh. "It's the book!" he said between laughter, "Al Khami's books are the first-ever written records about alchemy, he is known as the father of alchemy, and was the first archmage who tried to explain magic through scientific methods," [Because of this he was branded as a blasphemer and his books were burned!] wrote Seb after regaining his composure. [He himself was cursed to write in a stone slab with the blood from his fingers until his limbs were worn off, but even after he lost both arms, he used his mouth to pen his last book which was a compilation of all his discoveries and teachings.]

The First Heir

The First Heir

Although his level was not very high, it was beyond the reach of most alchemists. The higher the level, the more difficult it was to progress. It was a dream for most people to become a level-five alchemist. Everyone quickly noticed the flaw in Alton’s introduction. When Alton introduced Philip, he did not mention his identity, only that he was a judge. When he introduced the level-five alchemist, Chaplin Chase, however, Alton described his life story in vivid detail. Alton was clearly trying to please the other party. Philip was unfazed and simply sat on his stool. It was better to watch other people's pill-making than listen to the guy’s life story.
